King size bed with a nice sitting chair the corner.

Another night at a Hampton Inn on my wife's and my cross country trip West. This night is at the Twin Falls Hampton Inn conveniently located near a Target, numerous restaurants and a great laundromat that we used. Checkin was prompt, easy and friendly. We seem to often get a top floor room on one end of the building and tonight was no different. I kinda like these rooms as you really only have one neighbor who can make noise. Our stay here though was quiet and pleasant all night. There's a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The lobby is large and comfortable and also hosts breakfast. Breakfast here was waffles, fruit, breads along with some hot items including eggs, sausage and potatoes. All fresh and well presented. My only complaint was the TV service from DirecTV. While they offered multiple HBO channels, the guide scrolled at a madingly slow pace and channel changes took five seconds.

Left the towels and plunger in the hall because they wouldn't come take them or tell me what to do with them.

An average hotel With horrible customer service. After peeing in the toilet it backed up and overflowed. I called the front desk and asked if someone could help. They said that would bring up a plunger and a mop. She arrived at the door and said she didn't have a mop but handed me a plunger and towels. I asked what I should do with the towels when I was done and she said she didn't know she just works the front desk. I was a bit taken aback and she said "I'm not housekeeping and it's not my job". Then she offered to bring a broom? I said I am a guest and it's not my job either. She said "well you backed it up". I said I peed in it and it just started overflowing. Really? Have never had to plunge my own toilet at a hotel, which I was willing to do but then got so much attitude. Rude. Wanted to talk to a manager but nobody was ever at the front desk. UPDATE- Manager assured me guests plunging toilets is not a new policy. The front desk Pearson should have called their maintenance person and offered to take away towels at the very least. Getting a refund.

Great customer service. Beds were too firm for my liking but clean and comfortable. Plus was having a pool and hot tub.

Not the newest or prettiest Hampton that I've stayed at, but the staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Liv

Good, clean, and comfortable. That's what we've grown to expect form the Hampton Inn, and that's what we got here.

I found out later why she was telling me the specific hours that I was allowed to buy the wine. I'm from Reno, NV where you can buy alcohol practically anywhere and at any time of day, or night. Unlike Idaho, where they have state liquor stores. Or other limited places with lots of restrictions. Potentially the frustration of trying to find your drink of choice, makes you drink less?! Very comfy bed in a really nice quiet room. Nice pool and hot tub. it was a little weird in the hall outside my room. For some reason the guests across the hall liked to leave their door open whenever they were in it. Luckily you could hear everything that was going on in the room, a family with kids. But still feeling the need to quickly dash into my room before being grabbed from behind from an open door. Great location easy access to everything including Shoshone falls Just 20minutes away.

First off, everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. The lobby area has gorgeous furniture (my mom even looked it up because she fell in love with some chairs-but learned that they were far too rich for her budget!) The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast area was as clean as I keep my kitchen at home (which is saying something.) What really made this stay stick out was the service. I requested an early check in due to some scheduling things and we were able to get that-no problem. Then, my son's glasses broke and we ran into Steven, a maintenance employee, who cheerfully offered electrical tape and the use of his scissors for us to makeshift fix them. I don't find myself in Twin Falls often, but if I come through again, I'll be happy to stay here in the future.

Not sure I'd stay again if I could find a hotel with a recumbent bike. After all the sitting in meetings and on the airplane, I need to work my knee out.

They were booked almost to capacity so we ended up on the 3rd floor. The person in the room above us walked around their room a lot and it sounded like someone doing jumping jacks with boots on alllll night! The digital key never worked and we tried to have it resent by the front desk half a dozen times. The spa had so much chlorine that it oxidized my silver rings and bleached my husband's swim trunks! It burned our eyes just trying to sit and relax and smelled horrible. The shower pressure is terrible, likely because the tub spout diverted when pulled up doesn't work right so half the water continues flowing out of the bath spout instead of the shower head. The shower head is old and hasn't been cleaned well so it randomly sprays water everywhere and was not pleasant to wake up to every morning. Ended up using the shower at our family's house when we went to visit to avoid the hotel one. Wish they had in room dining especially for the prices they charge for the rooms even with Hilton honors discounts. Very disappointed and will try a different hotel next time we're in town.
