We recently stayed at the Hampton and really appreciated the convenient location and it being pet friendly, it made getting around super easy and was close to everything we needed. Plus plenty of grass areas around for your best friend! The hotel is a bit on the older side, but it's well-kept and comfortable. One thing to note: we had a street-side room, and it was a little louder during the day and early evening. Thankfully, it quieted down at night and we were able to sleep just fine. A big shoutout to Jeremy at the front desk -- he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made our stay better. Great customer service goes a long way! It's also nice that they offer complimentary breakfast, which made mornings easy and convenient. read more

My room was clean and so comfy I think I slept better here than at home, the staff were really friendly and I never felt I was bugging them. Nice personal products to use in the room. And the free breakfast was really good and even varied each day. (Always those amazing Belgian waffles tho!) This hotel is not very well taken care of. The room I had was dark, musty and dated. Outside of the hotel was very dirty, there was an old car in the parking lot that had been left there seemingly abandoned with several police tickets on it. The staff was not very sharp and couldn't handle the logistics necessary for me expanding my stay. Very disappointed, not a fan of Mariott but the 2 Marriott's in TF while overpriced are way nicer read more

Another night at a Hampton Inn on my wife's and my cross country trip West. This night is at the Twin Falls Hampton Inn conveniently located near a Target, numerous restaurants and a great laundromat that we used. Checkin was prompt, easy and friendly. We seem to often get a top floor room on one end of the building and tonight was no different. I kinda like these rooms as you really only have one neighbor who can make noise. Our stay here though was quiet and pleasant all night. There's a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The lobby is large and comfortable and also hosts breakfast. Breakfast here was waffles, fruit, breads along with some hot items including eggs, sausage and potatoes. All fresh and well presented. My only complaint was the TV service from DirecTV. While they offered multiple HBO channels, the guide scrolled at a madingly slow pace and channel changes took five seconds. read more

An average hotel With horrible customer service. After peeing in the toilet it backed up and overflowed. I called the front desk and asked if someone could help. They said that would bring up a plunger and a mop. She arrived at the door and said she didn't have a mop but handed me a plunger and towels. I asked what I should do with the towels when I was done and she said she didn't know she just works the front desk. I was a bit taken aback and she said "I'm not housekeeping and it's not my job". Then she offered to bring a broom? I said I am a guest and it's not my job either. She said "well you backed it up". I said I peed in it and it just started overflowing. Really? Have never had to plunge my own toilet at a hotel, which I was willing to do but then got so much attitude. Rude. Wanted to talk to a manager but nobody was ever at the front desk. UPDATE- Manager assured me guests plunging toilets is not a new policy. The front desk Pearson should have called their maintenance person and offered to take away towels at the very least. On our first visit to the area and we booked this place to stay. It is right on Highway 93 as it comes into town and is super convenient location. It's directly across the street from Costco Warehouse and gas station. A Chevron is also on the other corner. There is a Target right next door. We checked in late afternoon and the girl working the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She carefully explained everything that was available to us. The rest of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. And very large! This room had a king bed, sofa sleeper, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We both had two very solid and restful nights of sleep here. Most of the guests seemed to be contract workers so the morning breakfast was a little busier but they don't stick around long as they have to get to work. Definitely deserving of this 5 star review. read more

I choose Hampton Inns for the nice soft beds and the great customer service. This property had neither of those things. The beds were hard the comforters weren't that nice fluffy down feeling comforter. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and when we checked into our room the heat was off in the room. It took forever to warm up. Once it heated up, it was too hot. We turned the temp down two degrees and the air conditioning turned on. The manager made no effort to make us happy. She told us to turn off the heat instead of moving us to a room that wasn't stifling hot or freezing cold. We won't stay at this property again. read more

This hotel needs to be updated. The furniture and carpet looked outdated and very dim lights. I'm surprised the hotel is just as much as the other hotels in the area for how old it is. I had Hilton points to use, but if I had to pay I would look elsewhere. When my husband checked in he wasn't offered anything for being a gold member. He did ask about it and they just gave him two sodas. They were out of water and didn't have any snacks cause of covid. I'm not sure why they couldn't offer any snacks if snacks are wrapped up. We did have breakfast there and they had hot items like potatoes, eggs, and sausage. Plenty of options to choose from. My kids enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub was closed due to covid. A housekeeper walked into our room without knocking. I noticed our door did not completely shut all the way. You have to push it in a little for it to completely lock. After driving over 12 hours on our road trip, we pulled in with a confirmed booking for a 2 queen bed room for our family of 5. However, the front desk said they had no idea what happened but the room they had for us only had 1 king bed. After showing them the printed confirmation, they again said they didn't know what happened, but could not change our room, and had no roll away cots. Meanwhile, 2 other customers were also told that their reservations had been lost. We asked that to make their error right, they comp a second room so that between the 2 rooms, we'd all have a bed. They declined to do that and then began to deny any responsibility despite being presented with the confirmation. We asked to speak to the manager on duty but she was not on site and when the front desk staff called her, she refused to speak with us over the phone. She said the GM told her she wasn't allowed to speak with guests unless she was on site and on the clock. The GM was called but did not speak with us either. In the end, the conclusion was that there was not actually a manger on duty. They finally offered to let us pay a discounted rate for a second room. I guess they thought that charging us for their mistake so that we could all sleep was a reasonable solution. We did not agree. Eventually they refunded us and a nearby hotel booked us into an incredible room, and after hearing what happened, gave us a cheaper rate than this rude place because they wanted to make our night better. Take your business elsewhere if you'd like to avoid really terrible customer service. read more

This hotel doesn't seem to follow other Hilton Hotels rules for cleanliness. None of the expected assurances that your room has been cleaned during these COVID times. Had a problem with plumbing in the room. This was an issue that was obviously a problem before I arrived at the room. I called the front desk and was instructed to go to the front desk for a plunger. What? Walk of shame to the front desk and not even something I caused. Unprofessional I tried to use my Hilton points to pay for a room here while taking a trip in the summer of 2020. My credit card was charged instead. I contacted the hotel to deal with the error. I received an apology and was assured they would fix the issue. Never happened. My credit card was charged for the room instead. I should have know better and stayed somewhere else. I was duped again by the Hilton name. There's a Holiday Inn Express next door and other hotels in the area. Check them out before staying here. I won't be fooled again. Ridiculous. read more

My one night stay while passing through Twin Falls was perfect. I called ahead knowing I would be a late check in so the auditor or pm shift would have a heads up. Chelsea was super friendly while checking me in. Breakfast the next morning was perfectly set up thanks to Yolanda. I loved the berries and chocolate they had at the waffle station. The facilities are okay, the breakfast was decent, but absolutely no member of the staff wore a mask as they were cleaning rooms, walking around with guests, etc. Beyond that, they were openly coughing and not covering their mouths. Also, in our first room there was dirty and used towels in the first room that we had and we needed to get moved as it was not properly cleaned. TWIN FALLS, ID: On my monthly treks from Salt Lake City to Boise Idaho for work I have found it useful to stay the night half way along the way to avoid having to do the drive all at once and thus miss an entire day. Twin Falls is my destination, and I stay in Hilton's when I don't have an SPG option. This Hampton is consistent, clean, and sufficiently updated. The service is good, the beds are comfortable and they serve a passable breakfast in the morning as well. The halls do smell strongly of mixed cigarette smoke and artificial fragrance, which is not totally unexpected in more rural hotels (more leisure travelers tend to be smokers I suppose). Go ahead and stay here too. It's very adequate and even pleasant for an evening. read more

I liked most things about this Hampton Inn except: I can hear the traffic even with a closed window and on the third floor, the bedroom lighting is too dim (I have to turn every light on, even in the daytime), and the pool water was a bit too cool. It doesn't have to be hot water, but warm water would be nice. I was also excited to try the jacuzzi bathtub, but the spouts looked so dirty that it scared me (time to replace them!). Also, the room does not allow the customer (me) to lower the room temperature past 65, and on the top floor it's always warmer and needs to be lowered to something below 65 degrees. That's REALLY frustrating. The staff was wonderful and friendly. read more

This was a very nice Hampton. My husband stayed with them for a solid month while traveling on business. The cleaning staff is wonderful, if you leave the do not disturb sign on the door all day they leave you a letter letting you know they checked before the shift ended and they do not bother you. The house keeping leaves mints by the pillows when the room is cleaned, which is nice. The vanity sets were a nice touch as well. The free WiFi is great. Breakfast was good, I love waffles and this location had a waffle maker. The view from the room did suck, it over looked the Target next door. That was ok. They were service dog friendly, which is nice because some hotels give me a hard time about my dog. I wish I had more time there, I only came in for a weekend to visit my husband. I would have liked to try the indoor pool and hot tub. read more

This location really does not know how to address or help Hilton Gold members. The front desk lady never acknowledged our status or offered complimentary water or snacks. I had to ask for the items. Really poor customer service. I called Hilton and the general manager called me later that day. Hilton told me specifically that she was authorized to offer us points, etc to make up for the poor service. Instead, she offered nothing. My sincere advice, stay at Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton Inn in Meridian Boise where your status will be appreciated. read more

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and I am always very pleased. This by far my favorite hotel in Twin Falls, I liked it quite a bit more the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. The staff at the front desk is always pleasant and very helpful! The lobby is nice and inviting, rooms are clean, the beds and linens are nice and comfortable. When I booked this room, I was told the it would have two queen beds and one sleeper sofa to accommodate our family of five. We checked in at the front desk, went to the room, and then discovered there was no sleeper sofa, or a roll away bed to meet our needs. The front desk agent told us that the type of room the we requested was not available at this hotel, or any in the area. The Holiday Inn Express right next door had a room the would accommodate all of us, so we stayed there instead of the Hampton. Our reservation was made directly through the Hampton call center, and they we the ones that told us that the room would fit all of us. We were very disappointed in the Hampton Inn, but very satisfied by the Holiday Inn Express Twin Falls. read more

Overall a good stay. Rooms were updated and clean. The breakfast was really good, though I wouldn't have minded a caffeine option for us non coffee/hot tea drinkers. Great location near pretty much anything you would want. My only complaint were the thin walls. Was woken up a few times by kids running and screaming down the halls and was woken also by the kids above us running and jumping around. Wish we could have been given a room on the top floor. Worst Hampton I've stayed in where the BED is concerned! Friendly staff, clean property IF you can ignore the 5 ft tall weeds out the back windows. Funny I saw a guy spraying for weeds everywhere else. Jacuzzi and pool indoor is a BIG PLUS for me, no sun! To elaborate on my disappointment with the bed, it was sagging in the middle, and felt like a pile of bunched up moving blankets. Breakfast just ok. Microwaveable food at best. read more

Solid Hampton Inn in a beautiful location. Shopping and dining options within walking distance. 90% of my work week is spent traveling / staying in hotel rooms, so I learned to appreciate the simple things that make a big difference, as well as the often overlooked issues that tend to annoy. This is a typical Hampton Inn with a comfortable bed, spacious room, and simple approach. Bottom line, it's a consistent brand. This particular location has a ton of dining and shopping options within walking distance, such as Jimmy Johns and Target. The staff are friendly and even called my room shortly after check-in to make sure all was good. Very pleasant. My only reasoning for the three star review is the quality of Internet. As a business traveler, you expect a decent connection - but I could barely get above 1 Mbps download and it kept dropping. This forced me to have re-log into my VPN for work (frustrating). Additionally, speeds were so slow that I could not watch a movie on my iPad before bed. If internet is important to you, consider another location. read more

Just tried to check in Hampton Inn Twin Falls Idaho. Was told closest door parking to my room was at the far north side of the building. Drove to that door and neither of the cards worked in that door. Called the front desk and was told the cards don't work in the outside doors. Had to then walk all the way to the desk to get cards re-charged. Came to the room and walked in the door then I went to get ice and my feet were soaked from water all over in front of the ice machine. Tried to call the operator it rang and rang and rang and no one answered. So I called the Twin Falls reservation number it rang and rang and rang and no one answered and I was connected back with the initial person I tried to call in the first place with no answer. So far I've been here 30 minutes and had nothing but bad news. Next I could not find the HBO guide in my room So I went down to the front desk at 7:30 pm to get one. I stood there and waited. I knocked on the counter and said in a very loud voice, "Is anyone there" there was no answer and no one at the front desk. I said hello is anybody there and still no answer. I then went and looked at the coffee area and there was a pizza box sitting on top of the garbage can and the phone was ringing off the hook. The phone rang and rang and rang and no one answered and no one came to the front desk. Went downstairs at about 8:15 to request an elevation 486 discount coupon and had to wait as the desk clerk was talking to a friend on the phone. She said she would have to call her back because she had a guest. Then I ask for an HBO guide and was told they did not have such a thing. They had only a very hard to read piece of paper with the channels on them. The girl at the desk explained they had just changed from dish to DirecTV and that is why she did not know anything about an HBO guide. I went back up to my room and my guest card key did not work. So I had to go back down to the front desk again and request a new key. She was on the phone again with a friend but did give me another key. She had told me previously that a phone would erase the magnetic strip on the room key cards so I did not have my phone to take pictures of the pizza box that was still on top of the garbage can. It is now 8:27 PM and I'm wondering how they can charge $140 a night. I went down to get coffee the next morning and looked at breakfast. Not appetizing at all. Will go to McDonald's. Before I go into this particular location, I just want to say I am a Hilton Honors member, gold, and I usually have good experiences at Hamptons. Showed up around 245am after driving halfway across the country and being up since 4am the day before, to be greeted by a front desk person saying she was in the middle of the nightly audit or something. She didn't offer any estimate for how long it would take. 15 minutes of standing around with no updates later she says there's a two queen room available, with a "can you really afford this" kind of look (admittedly I was in cheap roadtrip attire, but seriously?) I said great, I want to use points which evidently has to be done through the website. I attempted to use my phone. It couldn't be done in this case since it was past midnight, so I gave her my Honors info to earn points (twice) so she could book the room which took another ten minutes. I was charged $40 more than the website price, and when I asked about it she indicated she could only do the rate the computer showed. She appeared to be operating via a handwritten set of instructions for each task, so she could have been new. The combination of my sleep deprived bad mood and her (apparent) rookie status could have contributed to my irritation. However, I've showed up in the middle of the night at other Hilton Honors locations and had much better experiences, and been treated better even when covered in dirt and wearing smelly jeans and workboots. When we did finally make it to the room it was a single king, and there were two of us that don't like each other enough to merit that sort of a setup. But it was after 3:30am by then and we just wanted to sleep so we shared the bed in an awkward, never to be spoken of again sort of arrangement. As far as the actual room goes, it was up to the normal standard, clean, AC worked well, just wanted two beds. Also, we didn't get any bottled water or snacks that usually come with a Hampton room for Honors members. It was kind of a big deal. read more

If you are a business traveler, or you absolutely need working g wifi do not stay here. There wifi is horrible and they admit to it but choose to do nothing about it. They told me it didn't matter if I used the attwifi or the hhonors, they were both the same. I cannot get any work done. There is also a sickening smell throughout the hallways, rotting rodent smell. The people are very nice, extremely courteous, breakfast is excellent. Next time in Twin Falls I'll be at the Hilton Garden Inn. read more

We are Hilton Honors Gold Member. The front desk staff was nice. My husband always asks for a room w/a view and then calls the day we will arrive to confirm our reservation. We were told all was in order. The front desk clerk checking us in was very pleasant. Well, we did a room w/a view - of the top of the overhang for the area where cars park when the guest comes into the hotel to register! If you want a view, don't get room 335. It is in a commercial area, so . . .you won't get meadows and mtns from any room. And . . .we have stayed at many hotels on our 8 week road trip. As gold members here we get a bottle of water and at Hampton Inn there is a display and you can choose a "treat" - coke, candy, chips, or something they have in the display. In every other Hampton Inn both my husband and myself were able to choose a beverage and a treat. Here we were told - One thing! And . . .due to health issues, I do not drink city water. As we were leaving, as asked for an additional bottle of water for the road. "No, we don't do that." Now really, here is a gold member - and they can't give us an extra bottle of water??? It would have been worth it for them to accommodate that simple request! When we had a surprised look and said something to the effect that we were always given one when we asked, she said something to the effect that each location has it's own policy. But, Taylor on the breakfast-5 star. Front desk agent/asst mgr. Oh shoot I forgot her name ( poor thing had to work BOTH Christmas Eve and CHRISTMAS Morning - bad staffing , if you ask me, but anyway she was awesome, if there were 10 stars Jennifer? Would get it. Juanita was always great, too! The housekeeping staff were not only all pretty or handsome but, did an excellent job with our room and the hotel. But, not one of them could speak a word, not a single word of English. I guess I feel that would be my ONLY criticism. Maybe offer a class for them to understand 'come back later, not now thank you, hello, coming back soon, just towels. Just common phrases.
