Our church needed two large new AC systems. Other companies had come out and only given us an estimate for a complete overhaul. But Blue Line is the only company to give us a breakdown of estimates for ALL options. Once the work started, the entire team were incredibly hard workers, timely, and efficient. This is the 2nd time I have used Arizona Blue Line. I always try to have my home HVAC system tuned up prior to entering the summer months in order to get ahead of any problems that might come up with running the system 24/7 during peak heat months. $95 for a complete cleaning service and they resealed my ducts for free due to the initial foam installation turning to dust over the years of AZ heat. The technicians thoroughly explain the status of your system and give recommendations as to what should be replaced now or what you will be expected to replace in a few years. Long read, but a well-deserved tribute to some extraordinary guys for a tremendous job done - a miracle.... There are some experiences in life where you would just feel ungrateful if left unspoken. Such was my experience late yesterday afternoon. The temperature was above 113°F in Yuma, AZ. I had been waiting for First American Home Warranty for 2 weeks to get our home's broken HVAC system fixed. And while I understood they "have a process to follow," I also understood, and made them aware, that one such as I; being actively evaluated by the Mayo Clinic for recommendation to be placed upon the national heart transplant list, in combination with living in the hottest place in the US aside from Death Valley, during summer time, and in an old mobile home, might certainly qualify as a critically sensitive and potentially deadly scenario. But they "have a process." Sadly, it seems they value process over greater-than-normal potential for loss of human life. What was delaying First American Home Warranty from completing our project was their "process." While they did escalate my claim, along with thousands of others with downed home HVAC systems, they had no other options for processing claims for those in critical situations. I literally called everyday for nearly two weeks, and the right hand never seemed to know what the left hand was doing. I even emailed one of their executives. Of course, you can probably guess what resulted there. Yep! Nothing. What was actually causing the delay was a known reality they were going to have to replace more of the HVAC system than they wanted to, due to inability to find a part. Rather than concede the point, they continued to say they were following their "process," while my health was in jeopardy. So, at my whit's end, and believing in the power of prayer and miracles, I prayed for and literally expected a miracle. Enter Arizona Blue Line Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. At approximately 4 PM yesterday afternoon, I was searching the internet (via DuckDuckGo, NOT Google), looking for reputable HVAC companies in our little city of Yuma. During my search, I was impressed to call Arizona Blue Line Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. A wonderfully kind lady answered the phone. I asked her if there was any chance they might be able to help me. Then I explained my situation. "Please hold on," she said. "I'm going to have a supervisor in the field call you right back to help you." Within 15-20 seconds, I received a phone call from the field supervisor, Christian. "Hi, Don. I've been appraised of your situation. We're dropping what we're doing right now, and I and Gill will be to you in about 20 minutes." 20 minutes. That's what happens when you live outside of town. But I was utterly amazed at Christian's kind response. Was he really going to leave another jobsite to come and handle our problem? Well, true to his word, Christian and Gill arrived at our front door roughly 20 minutes later. "Show us what's going on," he said. After looking the project over, Christian knew they didn't have the required units at the yard or their regular supplier. He called his office, though, to verify. By this time it was 4:25 PM. The suppliers in the area all close at 4:30 PM. Christian decided to call another supplier they work with. "Do you guys have (these) units by chance?" he asked. At first, the supplier said, "Sorry, we don't." Then, after looking further, he realized they did have them. "Can you hold them for me?" Christian asked with pleasant surprise. "We'll be right over to get them." He looked at me and said, "We'll be back with your units in an hour and a half. The whole project many not be finished, but you'll have air in your home tonight." An hour and a half later, Christian and Gill returned to our home with the new units. "We have another guy (Steve) that will be on his way to help us when he finishes the project he's on," he said. For 7 more hours; after a full day's work already completed in the hot desert sun, Christian, Gill, and Steve worked skillfully at removing the old system, making the necessary modifications, and installing the new system in our home so that we could sleep comfortably in our home for the first time in two weeks. Yep! What happened at our home last night was a miracle; a literal miracle. And it came in the form of Christian, Gill, Steve, and available units that fit our needs. Incidentally, mid-way through the evening, Christian told me that the supplier told him the units they procured for us were the last ones they had in their warehouse.... As promised my wife and I did sleep comfortably in our little home last night; everything Christian promised they delivered. read more

If you need A/C help READ THIS REVIEW!! Seriously. Don't go anywhere else. Steve is the absolute best technician I have ever come In contact with. We recently moved to Yuma and of course the second day it hit 90 our A/C stopped working. I was so worried we were going to have to wait days to get a tech out but Steve came out the same day! I called him at 12 from work. He was at our house by 5pm when I was off. He cleared both of our drains/condensation lines and fully serviced the unit. He didn't leave until everything was 100% fixed which I SO appreciate. That isn't the best part though. About a week later the A/C was not working right again. Cool air was coming out, we would set the A/C to 70 but it would never go below 73. It ran constantly through the night. After three days my husband called Steve to ask if it was maybe something wrong with our thermostat. At no hesitation or cost to us Steve was at our house that evening to check on the unit again. He changed our filter and added more refrigerant after inspecting the unit. Upon leaving he told me if things still weren't great in a few days to call him and he'd come out again (at no cost!!!). Seriously, this is the definition of great customer service. We will never seek help anywhere else. Steve is our guy now. Thank you Steve and AZ Blue Line. read more

Hands down this is the best Air Conditioning company that can do it all. Steve and his crew have worked on multiple properties I own and some of even my familie's home. The quality of their work is beyong amazing and even the prices are competitive. This company doesn't just do AC repairs and services. They have done some drywall work to make my filter a size that I can buy easily anywhere. Once he replaced that he even expanded the size of one of my vents becaue he noticed we could make it larger for better air flow (weird house), but Steve and his crew did everything wonderfully.
