Called Comstock to set up an appointment on getting an estimate on replacing our A/C system on 8/15/2022, Seth came out that same day!! Seth stated that we would have a detailed estimate no later than the next day. It is 8/23/22 and still have not heard from anyone! My experience with Comstock Air Conditioning was beyond amazing. After coming to my home to give me a quote on a new heat pump I took my time in researching their products and their company. I was pleased with both and called Seth to say I would like to get the project started. He came that day to get the paperwork filled out and the following day I had a new heat pump. The installation guys couldn't have been more professional, tidy or friendly. (Thank you for hiring people who take pride in their work) My heat pump was still functioning however due to it's age I knew it was on borrowed time. After the installation of the new one I realized how the old wasn't operating as it should have. I went with Comstock Air Conditioning's Day and Night brand. I had never heard of the name so in my search I was pleased to see it was a product of the number one heat pump on the market. A/C problems so I called Comstock for repairs. The Technician & his helper both walked in not wearing masks. He said it needed Freon but he didn't have enough & he would have to bring more later. The A/C didn't run normal so I called the office. I suggested a different tech & was told he was the best. He returned upset that I called the office. He still didn't have the Freon & no masks. He left again & later returned with the the Freon. I think this is poor customer service & disrespect to Seniors. I won't be using Comstock after my 5 year warranty is up in October. read more

If their technician Victor A. is any indication of the company itself, I will make sure to tell my home warranty to continue on their list of other providers for me. Technician, cold, stale attitude. I was not home as their office had called and gave me an earlier appointment, but my adult son was at home. I called and asked to speak with technician. Very drool over the phone. My son tells me he was thanking this guy on the way out, but he just grunted and waived him off. Also stepped and hurt my foot, on the obvious part he had replaced....as he did not pick it up and dispose of it properly, but left it in my backyard. read more

I was in need of a new ac unit and gathered quotes from 3 different companies. Out of the three Comstock really stood out. The owner, Lee, personally come out to do the quote. He was very friendly, thorough, and offered suggestions on how to help keep the house cool. HIs associate, Fernando, was very helpful and kept us within our budget. We had our AC go out, and looked online for places in the Yuma area that might be able to help us on short notice. When we called, a lady named Janece answered the phone and scheduled us right in for the following morning. She was thorough and pleasant - which is a refreshing strength! Art came to our home right on time and repaired our AC unit, and even helped us with getting it covered by our warranty. He was SO thorough, SO courteous, and SO helpful - we felt as if we had invited a friend into our home for the hour. We can't thank you enough for your speediness and courtesy! My A/C went out last week on one of the hottest days of the year. Comstock sent someone within a few hours and serviced my unit. I worried it would cost a fortune, but for less than $200 and less than an hour I had a fully functioning unit again. The guy was pleasant, professional, and cleaned up when finished.
