First, we were not invited to inspect the home we were purchasing. Second, Justin missed several obvious issues in his inspection that are costing us hundreds of dollars in added expense. These include spouting falling off of the house, a yellow jacket infestation coming from a nest above the ceiling access panel, door handles that do not work, a faulty garage door, electrical outlets that do not work, and a dryer vent that is inadequately ventilated, just to name a few. When I contacted Justin, he refused to take responsibility. His inspection was done on 11/6. We moved into the home on 12/10. It is now 12/23. He tried to claim that all of these issues miraculously occurred after his inspection. I definitely do not recommend this business.

Will cost us upward of 50k to fix. Heating Pipes not properly sealed, extensive water damage in the basement, black mold and mildew in the basement, rotted frames, electrical issues, and now plumbing problems. There is no floor under our upstairs tub and it is poking through the ceiling in the basement and leaking. All of this is such a headache, especially with me being 6 months pregnant. If you hire this company, get a second opinion or something to keep this from happening to you.
