We thankfully found Grace Animal Hospital. When we walked in, we were told they were booked but when we explained our situation, they made the time for us and our girl. The whole office was sweet and compassionate. Dr Adams examined her and agreed something catastrophic had happened to her. He & his staff explained everything to us and helped our girl pass on peacefully. We are so thankful for them and their treatment of us and our family member. A week later, we received the sweetest condolence card in the mail signed by several of the staff. That meant the world to us that they took the time to not only send a card but to have personal messages as well. I would highly recommend Grace Animal Hospital for your pet care needs. Hopefully our other pets won't need their service but we know where to take them if there is the need.

After knocking on every door and calling every number available, we left about 45 minutes after we arrived. We found out she "had a class" to go to which is why she left. It really put us into a bind because we had to call around and get another place to board the dog as we were leaving for vacation then. I had heard the owners are not very nice to begin with. These people are incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to look after anything let alone a loved and cherished pet.

She had about 5 dogs in cages and she was the only groomer. I was leary with one person grooming all these dogs. But I still had her groom my dog and she did a great job especially on the brushing She said her sister helps out some. Idk if she has any other workers or not. I gave a 4 because she did good job but if she's the main groomer with that much business then that's too overwhelming for her and and her clients pets. Again she did a good job. I was pleased.
