I enjoy taking hot yoga classes as well which has the set sequence and is nice to know what to expect. I do wish they offered more "hot" options as opposed to "warm" but I think that it's because the demographic of the area maybe doesn't prefer the hotter temps of these. The sculpt classes are a great work out! Some of the instructors will really kick your butt! I like the variety of options depending on what type of workout you're in the mood for. I do also enjoy the wet cold towels with essential oils provided at the end of class. One of things that is tough is that some classes get very full, you do have to arrive early and they have a 5 minute cut off. However, the parking situation is really tough! Not their fault but definitely a factor in arrival times. Sometimes I have to circle for 10 min or park pretty far. Lastly, the fact that there are cameras in the yoga studio is a little odd, I have to hope it's for safety? But I've been to lots of studios that don't have that so I'm not really sure why they do that. Overall would recommend, especially because it's one of the only yoga studios in Simi Valley.

Every class still hurts , but I feel better in between classes. Brandon and Tyler, the current owners, are fabulous. They have upgraded the studio from the one hot room that it used to be adding two much larger rooms and lots of new types of classes (most of which are beyond my capabilities) including barre, flow, HIIT, sculpt, pilates, meditation, yin, and more. The community continues to grow. Us OG"s love the new energy. They offer lots of deals and even frequent opportunities to come try a free class to see what fits. I'm starting teacher training in a week. Time I give back. Trust me, I don't do it perfect, am struggling with injuries. It can still work and heal you.

There is also a large yoga room, with the best teachers who have been guiding thier students for many years, along with teaching all new postures, & helping us learn good form. There are some very strong women & men who want to see us students grow and develop our practice at WYC. Westlake Yoga co is a community that feels like a family. When you enter, you are greeted by smiling faces, welcoming you, and offering towels, yoga mats and whatever else a yogi needs to have their best experience. I love it there, and the hot room feels like my safe space, where I can go to flow, and really get into a deep place in my mind, allowing me to work through whatever I am going through that day. I was going through a terrible time in my life where I was hospitalized. However with the help of Arjun Reyes M.D. and Associates I have been able to do things with my life that I never thought I would be able to do! Let alone dream of! Arjun Reyes M.D. has been incredibly hospitable with me, I love coming into his office every time I book an in-person appointment! I have been seeing Arjun Reyes on a monthly basis for these past 5-6 years and he has been nothing but incredibly patient and caring with me! I have been seeing one of his associates Vanessa also, and she is just as patient and caring with me as Dr. Reyes is! Because of both of my caring Doctors here I have been able to finish school with four associates degrees and am aiming to finish my Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento! I only have about 6 classes left to finish my Bachelor's degree from CSU Sacramento! And this is only because of the immense help of the caring doctors here! If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have gotten as far ahead in life as I expected! Not only on top of my studies I have been able to follow my professional music career at the same time with success! And been able to work great jobs in the mean time! This office has been an incredible rehabilitation for me! And me and my family have been incredibly grateful for them! However, this office has pushed me to the limit. I've been forced to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for unnecessary services that were not explained. This office only cares about charging up your insurance and earning a buck at the expense of their patients. I'm incredibly frustrated and will not be returning.
