Following Yelp reviews we made a list and then checked it twice, yup for real with a local who works at the Hilton in Uniontown. For our dinner we started with the crab special, gorgeous chunks of finished in a balsamic reduction. For my main, I had the walleye special and the fish was cooked to perfection very lightly breaded lightly fried, extremely moist, tender, and very tasty and beautifully plated against the side of vegetables. My wife had grilled chicken penne à la vodka that she absolutely loved. We were on such a good role and enjoying ourselves with our bottle of wine as well that we decided to order coffee sides with espresso and a lemon Raspberry cake that our surprise was so amazing. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza; my husband ordered their western burger medium rare. My pizza came out in like 5 minutes...my husband's burger (medium rare) took about 30 minutes to come out. The waitress came over to explain (about 20 minutes after my pizza came out and about 15 minutes before my husband's food) that the only other table had an issue with their order and she forgot to put the burger in as medium rare...but she'll pay for the burger since it was her mistake. My husband, being the trooper that he is, tried the flavorless burger which only had a fried egg and some onions, peppers and cheese on it but was unable to eat more than a bite. It was awful! The waitress then came over to provide some more excuses about the awful service and that there was a power outage that made them need to reboot their computer system - the lights never even flickered while we were in there so I have no clue when this happened - which translates to another 10 minute wait for the check.
