    Carrot and curry hummus
    Kevin M.

An eclectic little place in downtown Fayetteville. My wife and I stopped in to try something new. We really appreciated all of their little touches as well as our wonderful meal! We truly thought the carrot curry hummus was absolutely delicious!

Went for lunch on a Saturday, abundant seating at 1200 - win! Ordered a Miller High Life and the Cobb Salad with Chicken. Beer and actual salad were good. Chicken was dry, almost like the stuff you get in the refrigerator section at a grocery store. Friendly staff and cool location in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. Cool wall art and option for indoor or outdoor seating. Aside from the chicken - killer spot for lunch.

It's been a solid 10 years or so since I've been able to come back to Blue Moon Cafe! I ordered the same thing I ordered back then... a bowl of tomato soup & grilled cheese... Excellent then and even excellent now! It came out hot and I loved every bite! My husband got the hot honey flat bread and it was amazing. Our server was very on top of things and super kind! The location has had some updates and the inside seating is limited but it definitely has that cozy vibe! Happy to be able to come back after so long and still love everything about this spot!

Thanksgiving Burger of the Week with Mac and Cheese

I was one of the luckiest people in the world to have experienced the Thanksgiving Burger here. They only do a Burger of the Week on Mondays and they only do this burger once a year for Thanksgiving. The handmade turkey burger with baked Brie on top was life altering. I left the cafe and I could see 42 extra shades of color. People danced down the street as if it were a musical. And if it wasn't for our server recommendation I never would have known and I wouldn't be talking to you about it right now. For that I am forever grateful.

One of my favorite places to eat and hang out downtown. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. We enjoy sitting on the patio during great weather. The Seasonal Baked Brie is a must! I have so many favorite dishes to choose from, it's hard to pick just one! The Tacos, Mac N' Cheese and Cubano are my top favorites! Highly recommend for an overall downtown Fayetteville experience

This was the chorizo option and I was fabulous!

I love this unique little slice of heaven! The food is spectacular: layers of flavor, excellent presentation, perfect portions. Unusual and delicious option for vegans to carnivores. Every menu item is exceptional. Note: if you are gluttonous you probably need a buffet somewhere. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The ambience is eclectic, warm, light. On top of all that, they are consistent. This is something I very much value as I don't eat out much due to cost. One bad experience and I won't be back. This place has never disappointed me. It's a must if you're downtown.

Fantastic and fresh local food! We had Hunter as our server and my gosh he was so sweet. Signature cocktails on rotation but great seating outside as well. Very sweet.

Second time around. Same vibes same quality, just a little more crowded. Got the No bucks given, basically a mule- very tasty, and the New Mexico sour, looks great, taste is just ok. The chicken tacos really good, juice poured out the first few bites. The blue moon dip was good but the crab dip was better. Nice chill spot.

This was the stopping point for what seemed like a never ending day of apartment hunting in Fayetteville. The downtown area seems like it will be fun to explore, and Blue Moon may end up being a fave! We shared a delightful charcuterie board to start, with just coke and water to drink. I had the tomato basil soup with a tuna melt, and my other half had tacos. The soup was velvety smooth and full of flavor, with the tuna melt being cheesy and full of a yummy tuna salad. I enjoyed this meal so much, as well as the cool vibe here. I will be back for sure!

Mexican street corn flatbread (not 100% sure of the name)

Went here for dinner with my mom and it was my first time. We started off with the signature blue moon dip (10/10)(forgot to take a picture because we were so hungry haha) which was awesome. It was very cheesy and I liked that it came with an assortment of veggies to dip. My favorite ones to dip with were the zucchini and the pita bread. My mom got the cubano and I got the flatbread with corn, hot cheeto dust, and pork on top. We shared with each other and she really liked both of the dishes. I, on the other hand, didn't really care for either. The cubano (1/10) was super sweet for it to be a sandwich. The flatbread (1/10) was SUPER corny -for a lack of better words. The flavor of the corn was just very overwhelming. I like the bread, cheese, meat, and cheetos on it and if it had other stuff besides the entire bottom being corn, I think I would've liked it. Our server was Shelby and she was very nice, offering her favorites since we couldn't decide what to order. After noticing that I didn't like my food she offered to get me something else but I decided not to take her up on that. Very nicely decorated inside and everyone seems nice. It is a little small inside but there are also outdoor seating options. The staff doesn't wear masks (only seen 1-2 that did) and they are not enforcing the indoor mask mandate for customers. I would come back and give it another try!

I really liked the Blue Moon Cafe. The restaurant is smallish, but somehow does not feel the least bit constricting. Service was good, but considering almost every table was within arm's reach, certainly to be expected. During less inclement weather, it would be nice to sit in the patio fronting the building. My excellent sandwich was accompanied by a very fresh salad, with outstanding ranch dressing, most likely made here. But the inadequate and drab signage really needs some sparking up. We would not have come here, but for the recommendation of the docent at the nearby Transportation Museum. This place is very popular with the locals, and that's all one needs to know.

Apparently Circa does not take reservations. They would not seat us unless we had our full party. I mean it's a small place so I totally understand that they don't want to put two people at a table of four if they end up being only two people... So, I asked if we could sit at the bar and order a drink while we waited. Ummm no! She said that that bar seating counted as seating! Who on earth turns down the potential to make money at the bar while people are waiting for the rest of their party?? It was the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life. If we hadn't driven an hour and a half to meet a family member who was also traveling an hour and a half from the other direction, I think we would have just walked out and gone someplace else! She actually even suggested that we go to the bar next-door and get appetizers before we come to them! Again, how stupid is that? The food was good but a little highfalutin.... I totally understand fancy food. I actually enjoy it. But there were members of our party that just wanted simple eggs and bacon. And we asked if there was like an ala-cart menu where someone could get just a regular breakfast with nothing fancy.... they did not have that option. Stupid number three. So I get it... Clearly they have a good reputation and are busy. But I'm not sure I would ever be back because of the "snottiness" attitude. They're not a Michelin star Breakfast Place. Get over yourself. I guess I just feel like they shot themselves in the foot by being so pretentious.

This place was just what I needed before leaving Fayetville. The bartender was so amazingly sweet & attentive. The place is clean, and has a low key, casual vibe. It was around lunch time when I arrived and took an empty seat at the bar. I was promptly greeted and when I asked for recommendations, the bartender was very knowledgeable and I LOVED her recommendation, the pomegranate cider. I sat and enjoyed my drink taking in the vibe and conversation from locals that joined the bar. Finally, I ordered some food: The Patriot Burger. I opted for chicken for the protein and nixed the cheese, because well, my body hates it. Yes! It was as delicious as it looks in the picture. It was accompanied by a good helping of fries that were served hot, hot, hot! If you're feeling down and need a good drink in a great place before you go on with your day, come here! If you're hankering for a good burger, a beer, great service, and great casual conversation with strangers, come here! Thanks Gastons Gang for raising a Texas Gals spirits! Cheers!

They've got a smaller selection of craft beer, but it's still delicious. I did a flight and tried their two lagers, the lavender ale and their porter. Porter was super light not really heavy at all. Has a small coffee finish. The lavender ale actually really surprised me. It was delicious but my favorite was by far that velvet blackberry lager. Just absolutely amazing. Their liberty lager is super light. I would compare it to the equivalent of maybe a Miller light. We did order food. My husband got the chicken wings. They come in an order of six and he got the lemon pepper rub. He really liked it. He said the rub was a little sparse on some of the wings, but overall it was good. I got the pepperoni, hot honey flatbread and really enjoyed it. The pepperoni is the nice cup of pepperoni that curls and the hot honey gives a nice balance with it. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. We sat at the bar and the bar was kind of a disaster. I'm guessing they must've just come off of the dinner rush because we didn't arrive until around 8 o'clock.
