This was my first time attending a Blue Moon Estates (Whittier) sale. The staff was extremely professional (shout out to Shawnna who was very gracious--btw, did you find a pump that goes with the Bosu ball?) and I got a number of great items. The prices were very reasonable and I appreciated the online sign-up sheet. Very convenient. Sometimes estate sales can be frantic and chaotic. But not this one. Very calm and organized. At the lady said the purses are regular price. Needless to say first we were greated at the door. The lady said everything was 75% off except for the jewelry. Went upstairs to see the jand some purses. The lady upstairs reminded us that the purses were 50% ,jewelry was regular prices as mark. My son decided to purchase 3 purses. We went to the cash register and the lady there told us purses were regular prices as marked. Needless to say this qas the last day of the estate sale. Not very reliable. We will not be acquiring any items for our inventory from Blue Moon estate sales. Very disappointed. Buyer be ware. read more

I regularly go to sales and if I know they're being run by Blue Moon I'm sure I'll get the best pricing and a good experience. I chose them to run the sale for my mom's house and have no complaints! VERY DISAPPOINTING. Michael wasted an our of my time looking over the house, taking photos and telling my wife and me all about all of the wonderful things he could do. He also went over his contract and promised tom send over a Docu Sign contract for my signature. A few hours later he sent an email stated that he was not interested after all. No more getting to "the spot" super early in the morning to mark your place in line (which to me is ridiculous). All estate sale companies need to adopt this technology. The courteous team is readily available for you if you need help. Items are well organized, priced and easy to find. They have plenty of bins outside for holding product. I went to my first blue moon estates yesterday and let me just say it was one of my favorite estates sales to date. Everything's was perfectly marked and it made it easy to reserve buying big item purchases as you ripped off the bottom part of the tag. I bought a dinning table and while we were able to fit our chairs in the car the first trip when we came back to put the table we had no luck. They were closing up and one of the workers offered to take it to our house up the street. I've never had so much kindness from someone who didn't even know me.
