She pushes you to do better every class and my love for yoga started with her classes. Zenny is one of the most enthusiastic instructors, she is super motivational and I love the way I feel after her intense power class. Kayleigh's hot class is a must as well, her voice is very soothing and she provides a great sequence that is easy to follow. Thank you google and Yelp for helping me find Synergy! I signed up for Hot 26, which I really had no clue what the class was about. The yoga studio is located in a building with direct access from the outside. Ample parking. I was instantly welcomed by the receptionist/yogi and checked in. She showed me the upstairs area where you can place your clothing/shoes, changing cubicles, and restrooms. The instructor, Virginia, gave me a little synopsis of the class (since she knew I was a new student). OMF I felt so welcomed (especially because i was nervous)! The studio is rectangular with mirrors on one wall. And yes, it is HOT. I loved the heat. Great class and great energy. Will be back!

Very friendly and welcoming staff also, and both teachers I've had so far have been great. One "all levels" class I attended had 1 or 2 quite advanced yogis in it! I found it a bit intimidating, being only six-months-new to yoga, but the instructor was good about guiding us less-advanced students at our level and coaching us how to move forward, while also letting the more advanced go as acrobatic as they wanted. New students are offered a special introductory package of 3 classes for $30, which is a deal. For ongoing practice, I only wish they had a wider schedule with a few more class offerings, but hopefully they will grow into that with time. Namaste!
