So many amazing instructors at this studio. I recommended doing Audrey Kate's hot class as well as sculpt and flow. She is one of the only people that can get me excited to wake up on Saturday morning due to her AMAZING hot yoga class. Kelsey also has an incredible hot class as well as power. She pushes you to do better every class and my love for yoga started with her classes. Zenny is one of the most enthusiastic instructors, she is super motivational and I love the way I feel after her intense power class. Kayleigh's hot class is a must as well, her voice is very soothing and she provides a great sequence that is easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this studio if you are looking for a place to practice. The front desk staff is super welcoming and friendly as well which is a great touch! read more

Took a "Y6 Hot" class with Audrey at 7:30am and it felt so good! It felt similar to the yoga studios I'm used to in Miami. It felt more like a fitness studio (neon lights, louder trendy music, etc) which I loved as a morning class. It was equally grounding and challenging and I left the class feeling balanced and accomplished. Looking forward to trying other classes at this studio. read more

I like all the instructors! All fantastic But you must like hot yoga to join this place. They do not advertise as a hot/warm yoga studio. Today, the restore class started out at 96 degrees. I said something to the instructor and she had a brilliant idea!! She kept the door open. Temp came down to 88. I was able to handle that temp without getting nauseous! Idk why this place cant seem to regulate the temp. When I First joined, they said regular classes were 80 degrees. Never has that happened. It's a shame. I love yoga, but need to look for a new place. read more

Love this studio and the variety of classes. After a long day the slow flow and restore are great but when I want a bigger workout I take Power or Sculpt. And especially in winter I love the heat! read more

I was never a fan of the "traditional" yoga but knew I needed something for strength and flexibility. During my research, YogaSix caught my eye with their variety of classes, including Power, Restore, and Sculpting - versatile aspects I was looking for! I tried a class and my search was over. Love this studio! They have a variety of classes to accommodate all types of yogis. I love taking the restore class on the weekends to relax and wind down after a long work week. All the instructors are awesome too and the staff here is very welcoming. Definitely check it out! read more

5 stars is not enough for this studio! The heat is perfect ranging from warm to hot depending on your preference! The six class styles offer something for everyone! The teachers are all unique and kind humans! It is run by a beautiful woman and her staff are cool, fun and supportive! Get to yoga six in Shrewsbury. read more

I felt super welcomed from the time I walked through the door - from my name on the white board to being given a brief "tour" of the facility. I enjoyed the class. The restore class I took was more active recovery than the passive, meditative form of restore I had taken in the past so I think that is important to know before you go. I had done a lot of spinning and strength training earlier in the week so my hips were screaming at me in certain poses, but that is honestly why I signed up for the class and my body was grateful later that night. One other thing to note is that the class doesn't use blankets like a lot of other restorative classes. Part of this is because with the warm room they aren't really needed to hold in body temperature. However, if you have bad knees like I do you might want to bring your own to provide some extra cushion during certain poses. read more

Beautiful studio with soothing lighting. Great classes and instructors. Unfortunately the regular classes are more like hot yoga of which I am not a fan. If you like hot yoga this place is for you. I cancelled my membership. read more
