The class schedule at Blue Moon is bigger, with more offerings than other studios, both in terms of the number and the types of classes they offer. New students be aware - they offer a special of 4 classes for $40, quite a deal for the area! Other class packages are also relatively reasonably priced, and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and eager to work with whatever your special request is. The studio itself is a bit on the smaller side, with curtained windows on two sides. So, no mirror, if you're looking for that. But if you'd rather avoid a mirror while practicing, or find that a mirror interferes with balance in some poses - this is perfect! Both times I've been so far the classes have been at max or close to max capacity - I wonder if this means they may outgrow this space? Hmmm.

The result is a sweaty, high energy, fun yet challenging, 60 minute kick-butt workout! The studio itself (including the locker room with showers) was sparking clean as were the loaner mats, blocks, and towels. I highly recommend this studio for anyone that wants a five star "hot yoga" experience. They also have an extensive Pilates program at this location as well that seemed to be very well attended. Thank you google and Yelp for helping me find Synergy! I signed up for Hot 26, which I really had no clue what the class was about. The yoga studio is located in a building with direct access from the outside. Ample parking. I was instantly welcomed by the receptionist/yogi and checked in. She showed me the upstairs area where you can place your clothing/shoes, changing cubicles, and restrooms. The instructor, Virginia, gave me a little synopsis of the class (since she knew I was a new student). OMF I felt so welcomed (especially because i was nervous)! The studio is rectangular with mirrors on one wall. And yes, it is HOT. I loved the heat. Great class and great energy. Will be back!
