The studio itself is beautiful and inviting. Our instructor Lizzie (also the studio manager) was fantastic! She took the time to explain the different exercises (a few of us were first-timers). She made us laugh while teaching us to do each movement correctly/safely. Dani, the owner, clearly has a passion for Pilates and creating a welcoming community. What separates good private gyms/studios from your Planet Fitness/popular overpopulated gyms?…read morePersonal connection, good customer service, reachable owners, good selection of classes. This place has none of the above. They terminated one of their more popular instructors, didn't tell anyone, and ended up cancelling her classes. They continuously change out their instructors without any communication to their customers. They don't resolve equipment and building issues for months at a time. They make changes to pricing and class format without any prior communication: a 55 minute class became a 50 minute class. They conduct poor business practices. There is no way to see an itemized set of passes you purchased and they have the ability to remove passes without you knowing. Avoid at all costs.

I had some deep build up in my skin that Gina used this really cool bacteria killing machine that zapped my skin to kill any infections or what not; very high tech!!
