I asked the owners wife explicitly to insure my light colored interior was not sullied. Many times I have picked up a vehicle after they worked on it with debri left inside, dirty mats, etc. Not only was the car's passenger seat streaked with black grease an idiot light in the dash was on and there were spots of oil down the passenger side of the car. I went in the next day. The owner was at lunch. I asked his partner to have him call me to remedy or detail the seat they made filthy and get the idiot light turned off. He told me the idiot light had nothing to do with them and was probably due to wiring under the horn area on the steering wheel. Over a week has passed. Nada from them. I'm done. There are lots of choices ... make one!

Unfortunately my vacuum was unable to be repaired since it was a fairly cheap (less then $150) machine but A1 did not charge me for working on it and even recommended another brand and model.
