best staff in the whole country, everyone Was kind and very helpful of you need any advice or parts…read morethis should be your first stop

This is only the second review posted for this outfit. What does that tell yas?…read more My experience in this joint before was good. But then I was assisted by Ty who is the assistant manager. He is super knowledgeable about parts and how to get them if they are not in stock. The other day Ty was on break when I stopped in. There were four jingle brains behind the counter when I walks in. Not one of those cats says Hello, kiss my grits or anything else. Seemed like they were too busy smok'in and jok'in on the ol' ameche or something. There were not any other customers in the place. I can see why. No one asked to help me find the parts I was look'in for. No one ever said a word to me while I was in the place. I couldn't find what I wanted but I spoke with Ty out front who was on his break. I thought he was the manager, those palookas inside definitely need some management. I asked him if he was the manager he told me he was not the manager was inside. Anyway, I told him my experience he tried to help me from right there best he could while on his personal break time. That's what a manager does. The Boss, the Hefe, The Head Honcho gets things done and so do his slappos or they ain't there anymore. It's a tough economy, it's a buyer's market especially with so many jalopy parts to be had. I drove two minutes in my crate to a different joint, the fella there says, "What can I do you for" he shows me the parts I need, I lay out the greenbacks, I'm done. I'm also done shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I mean as soon as I drop a dime on this store with corporate. Then I'm done.

They rent Uhauls but aren't open on the weekend to pickup trailers. Their site says they are open,…read morethe regional director of uhaul says they are open but the sign on the door says they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sure if the gods of rental trucks and trailers have different days designated as the weekend and if they do I sure wish they'd share this with the rest of western civilization. Uhaul has this deal that if the trailer you rented isn't ready as promised then they'll give you 50 dollars. Well, I contacted Steve Womack and he credited my credit card 50 dollars. Not really the same as 50 bucks in my wallet but at least he got halfway there. My rather long drawn out point is, don't call uhaul on a Saturday morning to pickup the same day to move your father-in-law who just fell and expect this place to be open. You'll only end up cursing out some poor guy trying to make a living at the uhaul call center (probably in Omaha) demanding a refund. Glad his favorite chair fit in my rig.

They told me they were booked for the next 1-2 weeks but would at least be able to scan the code to give us an idea of what the issue was. We first said "no thank" as we sat in the car outside their shop for about 20 minutes calling several other places even some outside the town who were also booked. Mind you we were traveling from Washington to California overnight. We didn't want to wait even a day or two. Eventually, we had them scan the code and they saw the issue (spark plug #6 was burned off completely, too close to metal) and were able to replace it. They went from "sorry we're booked" to being able to help us out after all.

I have done business here for years. It has continued to digress…read more At some point yas just hear enough excuses and recieve enough shoddy work. I have. I asked the owners wife explicitly to insure my light colored interior was not sullied. Many times I have picked up a vehicle after they worked on it with debri left inside, dirty mats, etc. Not only was the car's passenger seat streaked with black grease an idiot light in the dash was on and there were spots of oil down the passenger side of the car. I went in the next day. The owner was at lunch. I asked his partner to have him call me to remedy or detail the seat they made filthy and get the idiot light turned off. He told me the idiot light had nothing to do with them and was probably due to wiring under the horn area on the steering wheel. Over a week has passed. Nada from them. I'm done. There are lots of choices ... make one!

Our 2012 BMW started making a concerning noise on our way home from a trip Sunday night. They diagnosed the issue immediately--it needed a new alternator, which wasn't available locally. Lance quickly arranged a special order, and the parts arrived the very next day. Gumy completed the repair promptly and took the extra time to check and double-check everything to ensure it was done right. We truly appreciate the fast, professional service and how accommodating the team was throughout the process. Highly recommend!
