What they did not tell me up front is that the screen that they would replace my i-Phone 16 Pro Max OEM screen with was a knock off LCD that gets extremely hot, burns through your battery, had numerous dead spots that forced you to press the screen to get it to work endlessly, and broke within the first week of having it despite using a quality case and a screen protector I bought through them which did not break, however, the screen underneath did. I paid nearly 300 dollars after taxes to have my phone screen replaced by them, and they gave me a screen that is so dark you can barely see anything on it, even at max brightness when you're outside. I am just highly disappointed in the quality of the product, and I do not recommend getting a phone screen fixed here.

He reassured us the fuses were not an issue, that it wouldn't be worth our money, and wished us luck. What brought…read moreme there was my Apple i-Phone 14 froze while downloading an updated IOS software the night before. Now, if you are like me, you use your smart phone for everything. I freaked out at first, then remembered that I also had an i-Pad and could either text or use Face Book Messenger/ Face Book; to alert family/friends that I would not be available as my i-Phone was frozen. I had also canceled our family land line at our house so this i-Phone was the ONLY phone I had. I was able to wait (about 1/2 hour) while they re-booted my i-Phone and made sure that the new IOS software was downloaded correctly. Apparently my i-Phone was caught in a "loop" and the total amount I had to pay was only $56.35. They were very professional, helpful and understanding of my anxiety about my i-Phone 14. This is the only place I will bring my Apple devices (i-Phone 14 and i-Pad) They are an Apple Authorized Repair Center. Thanks So Much Alpha! Run!!!…read more We verified their service manager lied to us multiple times that we can verify, about our repair and we had to take our car to a different shop to find out they screwed up the alignment so bad that our tires were destroyed when we drove the car after getting it back. & we had to replace them. They actually gave us our car back with the dash AWD alert light on so they kept the car for another week to fix that problem. Second shop said they've never seen an alignment this bad ever, & we've been bring our cars to them for the past 4 years. We had to use Legacy Dodge because the power stealing went out and they had to replace. I took photos of the ruined tires that had been riding on the outer rims. I was in the shop and they showed me the 6.0 & 6.4 readings for the alignment while it was on the rack. Owner refuses to take ownership of the problem even after weeks of giving him every single piece of evidence he asked for & we've been forced to obtain a lawyer to get justice because no amount of actual evidence is enough for the owner of Legacy Dodge, who is NOT the same owner as Legacy Ford. We will see him in court, because our experience with them has shown them to be both irresponsible and lacking any semblance of integrity whatsoever. We are contacting Legacy corporate where they get their brand licensing from, & Chrysler too to report this problem. God help anyone who is forced to use Legacy Dodge for their fleet!
