Thank you so much Michael for doing such an awesome job on my kitchen cabinets!!!! The quality is…read moreoutstanding. I get so many compliments when people come over. Michael is a true artist and very professional. He was very nice to work with and made this process seamless. I will hire him again shortly to do my bathrooms and office space. You rock Michael!!!

Poor quality: a set of window doors three creeks made for us my contractor called a "fifth graders art project" as staples, nails and hot glue were all clearly visible on the backsides. Quoted 4-6 weeks, the project was actually never fully completed but at 14 weeks we went with someone else to fix his mistakes. When mistakes are made, and many were made, owner Michael Ginzel will do anything to avoid liability including just flat out lying and inventing stories to push liability elsewhere. In my case, he said other people threw out imaginary paint he claims to-but never actually did-leave in my house. Even if he isn't lying about this imaginary paint-it was no ordinary paint-it was highly toxic, carcinogenic paint that is too "volatile" to even use on site (his words) and comes with a list of health concerns he emails me, infertility as well. It needs to be in a special storage container for this reason as well, not just under my sink-but-it was a flat out lie. He claims to have left this paint in my sink basin where my toddler could easily reach it, so even his lies are huge mistakes. Scratches were created-perhaps even by his own company moving the doors but he claims other on site workers created them to avoid liability-and his finisher then used the wrong paint to try and fix them which had the wrong color and sheen (which led to the imaginary thrown out paint/avoiding liability story). Using the wrong paint made the imperfections ten times worse than just leaving them alone would have. Then, he wanted more money to fix these imperfections that his own worker Andrew admitted were in his words-"pretty crappy." Over promised, under delivered in every way and every day my husband is fixing something that falls apart. Every mistake made he wanted more money to fix. Screwed up my garden window-he suggested getting a new window to fix the problem. So we decided to get a new window but oh! That will still be a couple thousand extra actually even with the new window. Completely messed up the design of my island cabinets that I never approved the design of because he failed to get confirmation on them from me-he also did not give me a sample door of these to ok before creating-and gave me no rebate on them nor did he fix them so now I just have to live with cabinets I never designed or wanted for my island. If you hire 3 creeks, you'll either be left living with his mistakes, paying him for them or paying someone else for them and you'll be waiting around a long time to do it while Michael legit gaslights you.

We removed our earlier reviews in hopes that we could get Robert Bacon from Kitchenworx to do what…read morehe agreed to do. That has not happened and the project should have been completed by mid-September today is Jan 26, 2017. Despite repeated promises by Mr. Bacon of completion and that he will complete the job at no charge (sent to us in writing on 11/26/2016) We are happy to share our documentation from contracts to emails if requested. The bottom line is this company and its principal Robert Bacon, cannot be trusted to do the work in a professional workmanlike manner. I am surprised that Reagan gave them a 2 * Everything that is stated in these scenarios as described in these reviews happened to us too and more! He was unorganized, did not project manage in any way shape or form our remodel. He did not respond to emails when he said he was going to, was and is argumentative and is never wrong. It is always the customer's fault. He did actual damage to the property that he has not repaired. His workers did not do the bathroom as designed, which has now cost us over $10K to repair. We have a contract for the work, we have paid him. He violated Colorado Law by not pulling a permit. Something I did now to get this project completed but was to be done by his company per our contract. Reagan S is also correct in that he puts vagaries in the contract in estimate form. E.g. replace the microwave is $149 ( the original one was in the same place ) and he wants to now charge $500 to connect it to the vent ( that is already there) through the new cabinet - this was in the original design of the Kitchen and has not changed. Again - AWFUL, AWFUL AWFUL - We have filed, per our agreement, an arbitration suit against this company. Damages in this arbitration and out of pocket costs now total over $65K this on a contract that was to cost us no more than $25K of which $20K has been spent. They have caused us loss of rents, a ton of time away from my job, and overall damage to the property like joists needing repair is unbelievable. Avoid Robert Bacon and Kitchenworx at all costs! I, like the others who have reviewed Kitchenworx, post to help alleviate anyone else's potential issues. Please feel free to contact me for any details.

If "problems" came up, they would work with me to find an immediate solution. The friendliness of the staff and workers is unmatched. After they were done, they did a final inspection and actually suggested some crew come back and touch up (caulking and finishing) some spots that were not up to their standard. I'm thankful, and now I have a beautiful new kitchen that is beyond my expectations. Thanks, Kitchenworx!

The workers in our home were as quiet and respectful as possible, and cleaned up at the end of every day. The skill set was exceptional as I had requested intricate borders and cut outs on our flooring that required careful measurements and cutting, all executed beautifully. Communicative, they showed up on time every day and let me know if they were running late ( once). And our bathroom remodel was above and beyond our expectations. Professional and able in every way, highly recommend.

Mark came to our house for a warranty issue on cabinets that Alpha Cabinetry ordered and installed…read more The paint had bubbled and was flaking off one cabinet in a guest bathroom. He said he would talk to his rep from the cabinet company and let us know our options. We waited several months and tried to contact Mark to follow-up. He never called us back. He finally answered when my husband called and said he had not talked to the cabinet company yet. At this point we had waited five months. Why come to our house to see the problem, get our hopes up and leave us waiting? I would prefer a direct response if he was too busy or did not want to do the job so we could move on. I finally sent an email directly to the cabinet company. They honored their warranty and sent us new cabinet fronts. It was pretty simple!! I called Mark again to let him know I had success with the cabinet company and to see if he would like to do the install. Still no call back... It's very confusing since Alpha Cabinetry did ALL the cabinets in our 6,600 square foot home. Are they worried about the integrity of the product they supplied or just terrible at communication and time management? If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business!!
