Paul and his crew were fantastic. From the beginning, when the tile company misplaced and forgot to put in our special order, Paul was able to put pressure on them in order to meet our deadline. The workers in our home were as quiet and respectful as possible, and cleaned up at the end of every day. The skill set was exceptional as I had requested intricate borders and cut outs on our flooring that required careful measurements and cutting, all executed beautifully. Communicative, they showed up on time every day and let me know if they were running late ( once). And our bathroom remodel was above and beyond our expectations. Mark came to our house for a warranty issue on cabinets that Alpha Cabinetry ordered and installed. The paint had bubbled and was flaking off one cabinet in a guest bathroom. He said he would talk to his rep from the cabinet company and let us know our options. We waited several months and tried to contact Mark to follow-up. He never called us back. He finally answered when my husband called and said he had not talked to the cabinet company yet. At this point we had waited five months. Why come to our house to see the problem, get our hopes up and leave us waiting? I would prefer a direct response if he was too busy or did not want to do the job so we could move on. I finally sent an email directly to the cabinet company. They honored their warranty and sent us new cabinet fronts. It was pretty simple!! I called Mark again to let him know I had success with the cabinet company and to see if he would like to do the install. Still no call back... It's very confusing since Alpha Cabinetry did ALL the cabinets in our 6,600 square foot home. Are they worried about the integrity of the product they supplied or just terrible at communication and time management? If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business!! read more

Mark at Alpha cabinetry went above and beyond to make our kitchen look beautiful. From the first meeting to the final adjustments, he was available to answer questions, walk us through the process and make suggestions when we didn't know what to do. He handled the kitchen cabinets, countertop and installation of everything including all the handles on the cabinets. His process was really smooth and he made it so easy: he came to measure, sent us a rough drawing of the layout, and then he invited us to his showroom to look at door styles and to go through each cabinet to make sure we were happy with the functionality of each one. He helped us decide on drawers vs standard cabinets, and even educated us on the differences between manufactures and the way that the cabinets are built. We left his showroom feeling so good about our decisions because he took the time to educate us and he treated us with patience and kindness even when we were indecisive. The delivery and installation of the cabinets was super professional, and Mark took the time to talk through and troubleshoot small adjustments with us. Every concern and question we had was addressed with kindness. I can't emphasize enough how nice he was. We'd been wanting a kitchen remodel for some time since our small kitchen was very difficult to move around in. We paid for a designer to try to find better ways to use the space but didn't really get much out of their design. We found a contractor who has worked with Alpha Cabinetry on other remodels so we gave Mark a call. He came to look at the kitchen, asked us questions, and then gave us a layout that got us everything we wanted and more: more floor space, better layout of cabinets, and more useful cabinetry, like a pull-out narrow cabinet for extra storage. And he did this for us at no cost! Mark gave us a brochure on all the different types of cabinets and sizes, and he explained that we could get the same cabinets in different widths depending on our floor layout - something our designer failed to tell us. He gave us multiple color samples to take home and he helped us narrow down our options. The order and delivery of the cabinets was easy and everything was on time. All this and our costs were a lot less than another place we considered. We used our general contractor for installation so I can't speak to installation. If we do any other remodels on our house we will definitely use Alpha Cabinetry, and I highly recommend them to everyone. read more

Came in back in December for a quote to get a semi custom bathroom vanity. Was told that the quote would be completed the following week. A few weeks later I followed up via email asking when the quote would come through and was told it would be the following week. Then nothing. Followed up again via email and never received a response. Super frustrating to try and work with a local business to only be ghosted. read more

it is a pretty big cabinet place. There are few display (complete kitchen or bath) but they have a loooot of door styles and tons of samples. They have all the standard countertops, but they also have a lot of tiles and stones and they have flooring. So all and all, it is great to see so many things in one place. I think they sale 6 or 7 cabinet makers and i don't know how many countertop. We ordered cabinets for the bathroom, we will see how that goes. -1 star for little display, but +1 for all the choice and being opened on saturday (they close at 2pm) read more

We went with Alpha after our first bid from another local countertop business came in with a very high bid, and then we discovered (on Yelp!) that a home improvement store we signed with solely uses a subcontractor with many negative reviews. Cancelled that and called Alpha Cabinetry. Alpha does partial remodeling tasks (which a few other local companies won't bother with). We wanted quartz countertops but before installation, we needed our existing lower cabinets removed and replaced with actual plywood below them, rather than the poor quality chipboard it had. He did a great custom job, and we love our new countertops. No hesitation on recommending Alpha, they were so easy to work with. read more

Just finished up our bathroom job. Mark was great to work with throughout the project, very responsive, available, communicative, super flexible and detail oriented. Tear down and construction was orgainzed, they kept everything clean. The tile and glass work is terrific. We are very happy with our new bathroom; it like a spa now, just the way we planned.
