After an intensive search, I found Mark the owner of Wakeford Consulting. He was able to come to inspect immediately and showed me that he would be able to level it and he did not try to over sell me. He was fast and did an amazing job. He did let me know that they could do the installation if Home Depot kept delaying. Home Depot tried to schedule me over a month out so I called Mark and he was available within a couple of days. Along with installing the floor, he let me know that he could also take a look at my outside deck which I had told him needed replacing. At the same time as installing the floor, he was able to order and have delivered the wood needed for the deck. Between both projects it took about 2 weeks to complete which was absolutely amazing. We paid a $1,200 design fee, and after six months--only after we had repeatedly asked for our money back--we finally received renderings and a layout that essentially copied a design we had already created ourselves using free online software and had provided to them three months earlier, so this was incredibly disappointing. Since then, we've done our own research and found several other reputable kitchen and bath designers in the Denver area who offer an initial design, budget estimate, and timeline before requiring any payment. Often being able to provide an initial design within 2 weeks. That level of transparency and professionalism made us realize how far off our experience here was. The installers were great but the communications leading up to the install were terrible. The plumbers were no call no show which delayed the installers by almost 2 hrs. The next day re-connect was even worse. No call no show until numerous calls from us to many different people to get a plumber out to our house. Then they didn't have "plumbers" supplies and had to go to Home Depot, implied it would be at our expense. More calls from us to rectify this situation. Long story short, re-connect was supposed to be at 9:30 am and the job of reconnecting 3 sinks was done @ almost 3:00 that same day! I would give this company "1" star as a rating.
