It failed and filled pool continuously for 2 weeks. The city, Port Orange FL, uses smart water meters. I have a printout from the water department showing the water was turned on the same hour they hooked it up and turned off the same hour of their next routine service. The pool overflowed into yard and killed the grass in one corner. It also turned green for obvious reasons. Pinch a penny failure cost us $1300 in water use. It couldn't be more obvious they failed. The kid that cleans the pool aggred. The service tech agreed. The manager agreed. But the owner said he "couldn't be certain". J**k should stand behind his products.

He tested the water after Pinch a Penny left and stated the water quality was off but to give a few hours to circulate and it might get better. My wife took a sample to our servicing store that afternoon and had it tested without them having any knowledge of the prior results that morning. The tech said there was no chlorine in the water and the PH was through the roof. He gave her a print out and proceeded to tell her how to fix it. She explained that his company services our pool and would like to speak to a manager. Ron the service manager told her this was a free week becaus there was 5 weeks this month and he wasn't going to do anything about it until the following Friday. We are on a monthly service based on a 52 week calendar year so not sure of that mentality. I own and operate a large service plumbing company. If I found out ANY of my employees treated one of my customers this way the service tech would be fired for not doing his job, the service manager would be fired for not making it right, and the store manager for allowing this behavior to exist. I called and spoke with Ron in attempts to rectify the problem after my wife got home and told me what happened at the store, he stated the free week thing and was not coming back until the following Friday and if I didn't like it "We could just part company" I know this business is independently owned I welcome the owner to make this right just knowing we will never do business with company again. In our small little town of Ponce news travels fast, bad news faster.

David was very thorough in explaining in detail the scope and nature of the process. His company then went on to not only perform as promised but in fact exceeded our expectations in many ways. Everyone involved in the process from employees to subcontractors were professional and displayed meticulous workmanship. David himself was 'down in the trenches' making sure every grout line in the tile work was up to his standards. After completion of the actual project the 'aftercare/start-up' work was just as meticulous as the job itself. For 30 days the Pool Butler followed up brushing the pool surface and monitoring the chemicals making sure everything was just right. David even provided us with a new filter and pool brush, who does that? My wife and I have owned this home since 1988 and have dealt with dozens of vendors over the years and I can say without reservation this has been one of the best vendor experiences we have ever had. If you need your pool refinished or any other pool related services choose the Pool Butler. David does what he says he will, when he says he will and always at the highest level of quality.

I had a morning appointment for an install inspection between 8a -12p. At 11:30 I get a call telling they need to change my appointment for the afternoon But could not give me an ETA. Next app to install was another 2 week wait. Again get a call that parts were not available so needed to reschedule. The tech forgot he had told me to get the parts. So I explained that I had the parts and I needed them to keep to scheduled time of 8-12. This was 10:40 am. The dispatcher said she will speak to the tech supervisor and call me back, I never received a phone call I only received a text at 2p saying the tech was in route. Great from where? I called and again they could not give me an eta. My day was already messed up waiting for this guy. I said somebody needs to give me an idea because I have meetings. I get a call back from the tech that he was 20 mins out. He finally arrived at 3:15. Now comes the worst part. I should have check everything was running before he left but I had been out twice and asked that he redo one pipe direction and then to check for a leak and found one that he fixed. and at that time the salt cell was working. When I went out right after he left the salt cell was no longer lit up. This is obviously a flow problem. So I had to turn the system off so more damage is not created! And I call and can only to the people in the Philippines!! It's crazy really! So right now my pool pump is off. I Have been told to many times to count that a supervisor or manager will call me back.
