Please bring the joy out when you are training as you are helping yo train people to save lives The course was supposed to be from 12.30 -4 Some people were done at 2.40 This won't be my choice next time

She made sure every student really understood what he/she was doing. She went above and beyond with instructing this class. While I'm grateful to be BLS certified I hope that I will rarely use it. I like that it's a smaller class size as well because it ensured that every student really understood how to do proper compressions. Something "unforseen" happened so be careful booking if you live a distance.. it sucks to loose money over no fault of your own especially during these times, it could have went on my kids instead of down the drain thank u red cross.

These classes are typically long and uninspiring, most healthcare professionals likely dread having to take the days off work and spend the money to renew these certifications. Not only that, but sometimes instructors who teach these courses are lackluster, or even mean and hard on you which makes no sense. That was NOT my experience here, thankfully. I had the BEST experience! Kevin and Daniel were heartfelt, committed, clearly passionate about what they do, encouraged participation and active learning, made the content interesting and enjoyable, were incredibly supportive, and made sure we had all of the information we needed to succeed in the course. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful as well. Great vibes here. I would highly recommend coming here for your ACLS/PALS/BLS needs. I drove two hours each way to the Madera location, and I'm so glad I did. I plan to return to take other courses in the near future. Can't say enough good things about this place, the staff, and my overall experience was a 10/10.

He shared personal on the job experiences.Which I felt made the importance of doing the steps correctly all that more real. The class practiced the techniques on mannequins and the instructor helped us with our form and technique. I left the class feeling confident that I could help a person in need.

This class was actually enjoyable and time flew by. I learned so much from Trevor, who was the instructor and the owner. He used his 23 years of experience to keep things simple and easy to remember. This is the class to take and the price is very reasonable compared to others. I will definitely be coming back when it's time to renew again!
