It was getting dark when I picked the car up, when I got home, 2 miles away, I looked over my car in the garage and saw the scratches. It's over 3k in damages. The next morning, I took my car back and showed it to the man running the outside. He said he saw no scratches, said it was just dirty and I was lying. How could it be dirty, supposedly, they just cleaned it the evening before. We both looked the car over before I left it to be cleaned. He refused to admit they scratched my car and walked away. Also, when I picked the car up, it was still dripping wet all over and he said, no it's fine. Now I have to either take them to small claims or eat it and pay for the repairs myself. Do not trust this business!!

Never have I been asked to do that. She also seemed irritated when I didn't get the higher wash. Maybe she's on commission. They have no towels (though apparently you can buy one for $1).
