Every time I try to pick my type of wash, the machine fails to work. Eventually, a nice employee will come to the machine and get it to work. He is familiar with this problem. This problem has been going on for 2 yrs., maybe longer. read more

Although when I was using their service it was great, I now own a Tesla and they advise not using mechanical car washes do to the possibility of getting water in the charging port. I have been trying to cancel my plan for 3 months now. The only option online is to "suspend" the account. It only suspends it until the end of the billing cycle then CHARGES YOU AGAIN. WHY would you suspend it for a month you have already paid for? I have tried to call multiple times and no one answers the phone. It should be illegal to make it this difficult to stop a recurring charge! read more

Like most car wash places, they provide clean towels, free vacuums, and high-pressure air blowers. What many people may not realize is that they also help with pressure washing rubber mats, which is a great added benefit. Great location! Super friendly staff. I left another car wash place for aqua blue and I am not disappointed. I am on the monthly plan and with a black car, i use it at least twice a week. There is rarely a line and if there is a line, it moves fast. The only thing I've consistently had an issue with is the availability of towels to clean the inside of my car. I would say about half the time there are no towels, but as often as I go, it's not really an issue for me. But it could be an issue for some that aren't habitual cleaners. There is a machine to run your floor Matts through and clean/freshen them. Also, a high powered blower to blow those pesky cracks out that you cant quite get your hands or fingers into. read more

Just tried out this car wash for the first time today. I unfortunately entered it incorrectly --entering directly into the car wash, not seeing the entrance. The service attendants were beyond courteous, patient, and professional with me, explaining the correct process for next time, and how to go through it this time. I have a membership and have been disappointed that me getting a wash at 7pm is somehow an inconvenience to the staff. If looks could kill, I would be dead. Staff was rude and they didn't even direct me to move my car in properly. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is when I have come during the day, it seemed more pleasant and welcoming. If coming to wash your car is an inconvenience at 7pm, then maybe the hours of operation should change. I pay monthly to wash my car at any time during business hours, I understand it's a bit chilly and maybe that's what the attitude was about, but don't take that out on your customers, especially monthly paying ones. Had a membership here for a bit but wasn't happy overall with the wash and service. Not only that, but the sticker they put on my windshield left a super nasty permanent mark on my windshield when they removed it when I cancelled and they basically told me too bad. I moved in from mid town to Cumming and was looking for a good car wash place. I used to see this car wash when I drive by and decided to give it a try today. Their prices are reasonable compared to the city. Also, I loved the idea of having wash clothes to wipe off any excess water and marks in the glass. I even walked in and appreciated one of the employees. Maybe I went late in the evening but I saw only 4 vacuum stations open. I would recommend the business owners to keep atleast 6 startions open for the customer's ease. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

First I would like to say that I use this car wash once per week at least for all of my vehicles. I have been very pleased until today... I was out on a nice day on my brand new motorcycle and I just wanted to stop in and clean off my headlights and directionals that had a bunch of bugs and debris on them. So I pulled in to one of the "vacuum bays" and I got off my bike and there was an employee there and he asked me "can I help you?" I replied "yes, I would just like to clean off my headlights" his reply "I need this bay we are busy today" (there were 5 bays open at this moment). He asked me to leave, so I left and informed him that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Every person I know that owns a motorcycle also owns cars and trucks too... this employee missed the boat. You lost this customer. read more

I'm surprised at the 3.5 stars for this car wash. It's not really representative of what is really going on here. Since one reviewer had a difficult time removing a sticker from their windshield (August 1 review), I don't really think that is Aqua Blue's fault. They have since added license plate readers so there are no windshield stickers anymore. Anyway, I have had not had an issue at this car wash and feel that it's a great value for the money. I have had a monthly membership for well over a year now. The employees are friendly, the car wash does a nice job and with the automatic mat cleaners and self serve interior cleaning area, you are hard pressed to find anything wrong with this business. read more

I have been using aqua blue for over a year now and have both my cars with them. Since adding license plate readers I have had nothing but trouble. I would have to sit and wait for someone to let me in. That was not a big deal, until I started getting the 'your card is declined' and double charged my monthly service. I have now paid $80 for one car wash. When I went to complain extremely upset, I was threatened with violence by an employee with my pregnant wife in the car. This place is extremely unprofessional and would not recommend this place. Their is another carwash across the street I will try once I cancel both my monthly car washes and get my money back. read more

I've been three times since it opened. Here's what I liked: the vacuum bays and detailing tool are great, and the proximity. Here's what I didn't: the "tri-color" wash is the same as the basic wash - there is no "tri-color". Same with the lava wax - this appears to be nothing more than drips of water behind a yellow light. Silly. I see no reason to spend more than the $7 for the basic wash, but I'll gladly do that. read more

Got my car washed after a trip. After the wash my car was still dirty. I went and talked to one of the people and he told me to go talk to a manager. His programmed speech was since I got the basic wash it's just crap and yeah your car is still going to be dirty. Talked to the manager and same thing. She was like the basic wash is soap and water. So the bottom line is don't waste your time and go to this car wash unless you buy the most expensive wash. I was a monthly club member for sometime and the people they have working here now have the worst customer service approach ever!! Save your money and find another car wash. read more

While driving through the tunnel the power of the wash caused my driver's side windshield wiper to fly off. I asked to get it back and it was very broken when it was returned. Not to mention the wipers were fairly new. I was also not very impressed with the customer service in this instance. I had to pay $15 to replace my wiper making my $10 car wash $25. False advertising. Although they advertise unlimited carwashes, none of their unlimited plans are actually unlimited. They impose a once per day limit on the wash and don't tell you in advance. It's fine if you want to have a once per day limit, but if so you should not advertise unlimited monthly washing. Unlimited means unlimited. Don't say it if you can't meet the promise. Castle car wash does not impose any limit on their unlimited plans. read more

This was my first time here. $15 for the most basic wash. The car looks great. The outstanding features are the bays. Make sure to stop there before leaving. They offer complimentary towels and various cleaners, compressed air, and a vacuum that is slim enough to get in between seats. I'm very pleased with this car wash and will be back. The only reason it missed the fifth star is that $15 seems expensive for a car wash. read more

No star! First time new Customers and I guess we came when the Gentleman was getting ready to close. The younger man there explained what we payed for in the machine, and then we drove around. No sign or attendant , so we assumed we were just to follow the lighted signs! All of a sudden another older man comes out of nowhere and is yelling at the young worker and us about something. Then he was explaining what was to be done as we were getting yelled at. Well why wasnt he standing snd guiding us ? After the wash, we got out to dry everything and vacuum our car. This is when we noticed, most of the car didn't look clean at all. The gentle man was rushing around emptying trash cans and doing stuff and when I explained to him about how messy the car still looked he yelled at us again. So of course , now we were mad for getting yelled at 2TIMES ,because of the mistake they made. No explanation ,or try to be nice for his own mistake of running the business incorrectly! New place, new customer , and if he was the Manager! They will never keep employees or customers with his rude behavior !
