I purchased a Mister Unlimited Wash Club membership (Express option) a few months back, which gives you unlimited free car washes at any of their locations for around $23 a month. I noticed this location while driving down Buford Rd. and needed a wash, so made a u-turn and drove in. I asked the attendant at the entrance how much it would be to add a basic interior cleaning on. He told me $8 and that it would include vacuuming, wiping down the dashboard, and cleaning out the cup holders. It's been so cold out lately, so I went ahead and added it on. The car wash itself is pretty standard. It gets most of the mess off, but I sometimes will find a few spots that it missed. The interior cleaning took about 10 minutes and was alright. I later noticed a few spots/crevices that they obviously didn't vacuum/clean too well; but for the most part, it got the job done. The attendant was pretty pushy about upgrading to a higher level wash or a membership. Then she asked me if I wanted to tip the tunnel guide. Tip the guy who tells me how to direct my tires? Never have I been asked to do that. She also seemed irritated when I didn't get the higher wash. Maybe she's on commission. They have no towels (though apparently you can buy one for $1). This is my "Go To" Carwash. It seems like it is very expensive to get "the works" for your vehicle in GA. Everywhere I have gone basic w wax exterior only is like $20. And then it rains. Ugh. No matter. Give Mister Car Wash a try. Very accommodating whether u want to do it yourself or have them do it. You will have to inspect closely as they don't always pay the sharpest attention. I have been going for years to mister car wash and even had a membership. I had a terrible experience today. As I was being told to pull forward the guy running the car wash told me I was good then I put it in neutral and got hands off the wheel. He looked at my car and then pushed it back and forth at the end of my car off and on the track. He sent me on my way through where luckily the soap got cleared just in time for me to see my car was going in the detection of the building. I started honking my horn for them to stop the car wash. Then he had to guide me back in the track. This could have been so bad! The thought of going back through a car wash is now terrifying me. I have never had this experience before. The quality of the car wash was terrible. It scratched my car, and my back was still dusty. The vacuum sucked, it didn't have any spray or towels to wash the inside of my windows. Additionally, I had to tip to clean my own car. Someone asked me for a tip and proceeded to tell me about upgrading to a platinum membership. I have been coming to this car wash for years. Used to be the best car wash and value in the area. Not sure what has happened but it is officially the worst. Just went through and bought their highest price wash. The girl at the machine informed us they are permanently no longer doing interior washes, they no longer offer cleaning products, and if you want a rag they are $1 in the machine....never coming here again. Then the girl girl at the entrance of the wash literally didn't even rub the windshield because she was to distracted with her cell phone. We go through and sure enough the windshield is filthy. Moving on to the next phase...we had to move to three vacuum stations because none of the vaccine work.... WORST experience and waste of my money. Never going back. The only service they provide is to help you insert your credit card and sell a membership. A $22 car wash and no towel service? The lack of effort is ridiculous. I blame the management and the owners, I used to have a membership but I'm glad I canceled it. They used to have a whole service line, then they blamed Covid for not having that anymore and they never brought it back because they realized they could still make money and not offer any service. New to the city. Decent car wash; but very expensive. $35 for wash and full service. First time trying the full service. Car itself was clean but the windows were dirty. Full Service is supposed to be just that. Didn't plan on coming home and having to do the windows in both cars. There are several car washes here in the area, will shop around to see who offers the best service before returning. I have the membership at the Mister Car wash. (Which I will be cancelling) It is a great value but beware. I'm having to take my Honda to the dealership and pay $600 for my roof to be taken off and the antenna (the little fin that all SUVs have) bent back into place, liner replaced and roof re sealed. The car wash bent my antenna/fin off allowing water to poor into my trunk. Go to a self wash and save yourself my hassle. Very upset read more

Worst car wash on planet. Yes! Entire planet. Paid for deluxe package, everything included. I typically keep my vehicles very clean. I literally asked them over and over to please wipe windows. Please wipe dust, please vacuum the mat. They did NOT. I asked for Manager, but was not there. I finally had used my entire lunch hour and had to go. It should be noted that it was Monday, and I was ONLY customer there at noon. That should have been my clue to go elsewhere. I had to go home and detail my own vehicle. Never again. I will not return, nor should you. There are literally 5 other car washes within a mile. Please do yourself a favor...go somewhere else. This location has gone down hill in the last several months. Currently the employee's are very lazy, they do not pre-treat your car or pre-wash the back. Several of the automatic bushes inside the car wash are not working so your car does not even get clean. One of the employee's thinks he has a reserved spot in the first spot in the vacuum line. Was just there Monday and boy, very sad. There never seems to be someone of management present. Not sure if this is privately own or Corp. Conveniently located near my gym, I come here often to just "run the car through the wash". The base monthly plan is great for that because I can bring it by for the slightest bit of smudge on the car. If you need to deal with them, I recommend coming by in person to talk to the staff. I didn't have a very good experience with trying to email the company to deal with a change of contracts from one car to the other. Came in today and they prorated the old car and set me up on the new with a minimum of hassle. The machine itself is normally pretty reliable, though I have to admit that it quit once and the staff had to finish the job by hand. It was just one day, no biggie. Good customer service clean driveway. Usually other car washes when you send your car inside a smell of shit come to your car but not on this one. You can turn your airway and get a fresh water in the good chemicals go to your car. Good staff sometimes dad of Tire boys or tire shine out after I telling them they replaced that they put you always on it and then they let me yeah you can run your car again to make sure all loads on your tires to make it shine so I am very thankful and text him for them. This car wash has gone down hill. Paid for the $16 "works" and the car came out soapy and bugs still on the front end. The attendant at the entrance did nothing but waive me in- no bug spray or brush to the front end. Then come to find out they have no towels or cleaners- removed because of Covid! To top it off, every vacuum hose I tried had no suction. The nozzles were all clogged with debris. I had to pull the nozzles off and clean them out to get them to work. Our Dragon Car wash rolled over when this location was purchased by Mister and after countless months of disappointment we canceled the membership. This just isn't the same experience as it used to be under the old owners. Costs more for a less quality car wash, kind of sad. I get that while the government has been paying hourly workers to stay at home is an issue for small businesses. However, you have 3 people taking payment at the auto-pay kiosk. Why not let them clean the insides of cars and make some tips. Also, if you offer self serve, why can't you still offer rags to wipe down cars. Just not worth the $20 I spent. read more

Beware - Micro scratches your car. This is the worst car wash. It used to be really good before it was Mister. The guy at the beginning of the car wash only did the back and didn't do it very well as it was still very dirty. They don't have complimentary cleaners and rags after the wash, they only have vacuums. Also, my car is now covered in micro scratches so they must not maintain their scrubbers very well as I had not experienced this before. But, I suppose you accept that as a possibility when you go through these washes. I will not be going back. read more

First of all, it's a car wash it gets the job done. If I were rating on the wash it's self, it would get 5 stars. I am giving one star because of service. So, on to the experience! They have an automated "self" serve payment system. You don't need to talk to anyone. However, Mister management deems it fit to post employees up at the kiosk to assist in this process. Younger kid with brown hair that is always there is very over the top pushy into getting you to buy the most expensive wash. Despite saying no, I'm good; he STILL tries to sell me a higher wash plus add ons. VERY rude about it and should probably be in the wash tunnel prepping cars. This place has gone downhill fast. When it was Castle car wash it was 100% better. Very poor customer service. The guy loading the car didn't wash the back of my car and it was still dirty when it came out. I had to ask the guy to turn the vacuums on. There were no clean towels in the wash bins. I've been here 3 times so far. It's not a bad place but the wash is pretty small compared to others. It is kind of cramped when there are a lot of cars. And the vacuums didn't work very well one time i showed up. The staff has been very nice and helpful and the prices aren't bad but I have been going somewhere else now. Trying to find a new car wash to go to because I just moved to cumming from dawsonville. The panda wash is dawsonville was very good and hard to find a replacement for it.
