I paid for a hand wash detail with no brushes. The employees scratched the hood of my car and both tail light housing on the rear. It was getting dark when I picked the car up, when I got home, 2 miles away, I looked over my car in the garage and saw the scratches. It's over 3k in damages. The next morning, I took my car back and showed it to the man running the outside. He said he saw no scratches, said it was just dirty and I was lying. How could it be dirty, supposedly, they just cleaned it the evening before. We both looked the car over before I left it to be cleaned. He refused to admit they scratched my car and walked away. Also, when I picked the car up, it was still dripping wet all over and he said, no it's fine. Now I have to either take them to small claims or eat it and pay for the repairs myself. Great value, service and quality of work when compared to other car washes when the driver needs to do most of the detailing. The interior cleaning is what is most important to me as I have small kids. I reviewed this place more than 2 yrs ago and it was ugly and I said I wouldn't return. Well someone puked in my passenger van over the weekend so I gave it another try. It was by far the best detailing job I have ever seen. My van looks like it was straight from the dealership. They did way more than I thought was possible and it was only $200. I will be back for sure. 5 stars all the way. They even gave me cake and hot chocolate. read more

This is a really great service for the price. This isn't a detail. You can't find a detail for $30 anywhere, so don't pull out your magnifying glass. I brought in an off road SUV with dust, dirt and road-trip crumbs inside and with a layer of road grime and smashed bugs outside. I left with a well-vacuumed and wiped down interior and clean exterior and shiny tires. That's what I wanted and that's what I got, and for $30 and about 20 minutes, that's a steal. I still have to scrub under my seats and pull out a hairpin to get the deep crevices, but that's fine by me. I'll have to elbow grease some of the bug guts myself bc the drive through car wash isn't going to get that. The big grime is gone and my car is happy read more

So I've been taking my Jeep Wrangler here for a little while just for interior cleans and they do a pretty good job. Especially for a $10 detail. Today I decided to take my father's F150 to get it cleaned for him... the truck had been recently taken to the beach so it was a little bit sandy but nothing crazy. When I showed up, they decided to charge me $15, but I didn't think anything of it as it's a bigger vehicle inside. I told them everything in the pockets and floor is trash, please throw it away. I just got it back and got home and first discovered the receipt they had tucked under the wiper. The receipt said $10 when I had given the woman $15. If you're going to bill me $15, do it! Don't bill $10 and keep the $5 as shady under the table cash... Now that I have it back they didn't throw the trash out (fine, I can do that.... I suppose) and they didn't even look into the door pockets. Lots of little sand in there they didn't even begin to clean. If you charge me MORE you should at least clean more? They used way too much cleaner on all the trim and they all have water spots and look horrible now. They did a fantastic job vacuuming the floor and wiping the seats but that's about it. I then tried calling the number on my receipt to ask a question and not only did they not answer, but their voice mail was full so I couldn't even leave a message! Wow let me tell you it has been maybe two decades since i have walked into a nice car wash. At first from the outside you cant tell that its super nice inside! Its super clean and fresh! I love that they have the kids area! Brings me back to my childhood when my dad would always take me to the car wash! I love what they stand for ! And you can tell their heart and soul is being poured into this place. I truly appreciated coming here ! It will be my go to car wash when i go to cumming! This place deserves 5 stars i dony know how there are people even complaining. I had Two auto bell car washes in alpharetta always full of teenagers who would do usually a bad job so if you see a group of latina women you know your car is definitely going to be cleaned! My only suggestion would be to use more stronger cleaning products ! But this place is great! I hope the fellow elite community can check out this hidden gem and support the local cumming car wash! read more

Today made the second time (back to back) that I've returned my car after paying Patriot to clean it There was visible dirt on the outside and they left shoe marks on the inside of passenger door. Jesus said that I didn't pay for detailing, it wasn't even wiped???? And what did the dirt on the outside of the car have to do with detailing? This is yet another business that has spiraled downhill since Covid with the attitude that customers are dispensable . read more

I've reserved judgement on these guys till the 3rd or 4th visit, which was yesterday. Once again, a good, thorough wash inside and out. The staff is friendly, waiting area is clean and the prices are what I would expect to pay. And, they're close to home. They've earned themselves a regular customer. UPDATE: 10/21/20 - I hate to do this but I have no choice. Got my car washed today, and for the second time in a row after road trips, the bugs on my bumper were virtually untouched. The package I purchase includes "bug treatment." I'm changing my rating from fives stars to two stars. How anyone could miss that filthy bumper on two seperate occasions is beyond me. Service was awful. Stopped by Monday around 330 4 o clock. I had mold starting on my seats. I asked for a half assed vacuum and seat shampoo. Got quoted 80$ I offered 100$. Truck was bad but not horrible. Said would take 1 hr and couldn't do it today. Told me to come back at 8 in the morning when they open. I pull up around 9 to see two employees sitting down eating. Finally someone approached me and asked what I needed. He said oh your here for the inside detail. Then proceeded to tell me to come back again tomorrow because there wasn't enough people there to do the work or even a cashier to take payment. I would like to highly recommend eco car wash on bethelview rd close to Castleberry rd. They got my truck in immediately and it only cost me $45. Was out of there in 45 mins. read more

I paid for top service and they only vacuumed i side by hitting the high spots never cleaned out hit high spots no shire on plastic fenders bumpers. windows still had dirty spots left dirt in all corners. They scratched the front quarter panel on drivers side when I showed them all the places they miss and the dumpy took is finger and wipe the spot off and said all they could say is oh sorry what do you want me to do about it . I informed them if you can only do a half job give me half my money back and he said oh we can. It that. I ask for mange he refused to come talk with me. He gave me a number to talk with owner all he does is hang up on people and cuts his phone off. Beware do not go waste your money here. 1 this is a $50,000 suv do not use your finger to wipe dirty off you will cause more scratches. smh read more

I went there with the dirtiest car ever! The entire underside was covered in chicken guts from a rendering plant. These guys washed it three times, even jacked it up to get under the vehicle and try and get to all the mess. They worked on it 90 minutes! Lewis is the best! This poor man was sweating and I know had nasty stuff all over him but he was determined to get my little 14 yr old BMW clean! I have belonged to monthly car wash clubs that cost $70, I have paid $100 for a detail job, but none of them compare to the effort Lewis and Patriot put forth to get my car clean. They were polite and helpful. I highly recommend them and will go there from now on! Oh yes - and the charge - a measly $20! The water cost more than that! Thank you Patriot!! read more
