I never received a treatment plan until I called twice. When I finally got it, it didn't clearly state the treatment, and I had to call again just to understand what was being done and the cost. The actual price? About $1,210 per treatment--not $500. Then I was told it's an additional 20% if I want Dr. Castillo to perform the procedure. Otherwise, a nurse does it. This was never explained upfront. That 20% "physician fee" is buried in fine print, while less important charges are clearly highlighted. When I asked for my $100 back, they refused and told me I could use it toward a product. After this experience, I have no interest in anything they offer.
