The entire staff is very sympathetic to issues with our loved ones and takes care of them as if they were their own. I read some of the one star reviews, and they are a joke. I have never in all my years seen them treat or speak to anybody poorly. You have to remember they are a business and as sympathetic as they may be to handing out free care that's not how a successful business works. If you want the absolute best care for your animals this is where you need to go. If you want to complain about not being able to pay or walking in on a Monday or a Friday, which are hands down their busiest days and expect to be treated within seconds you need to reevaluate your life decision decisions.

They took him right in while I completed the paperwork. I'm new in town, so I do not have a veterinarian yet. I do now. They had him evaluated and told me he did have an abscess that had ruptured, but they had shaved the area, evaluated if it was in need of additional care, cleaned the would and felt he would be best served with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory to help him get comfortable. He is home, doing well, and I plan to use them for future care.

Made an appointment for grooming 10 days ago. Spoke directly with the groomer who works on Iggy. She confirmed the appointment, gave me an appointment card and I got a text yesterday confirming the appointment again. I get there this morning and they act like they don't know why I am there. The groomer we use was in the back and for no readon she just started yelling - "I was told he's only getting a bath." Mind you - I hadn't said a word so something was off. She just kept screaming - I mentioned I wanted him groomed. She repeated "I was told he's only getting a bath." I don't know who she talking to but the only person she talked to that matters was me - I made the appointment - I asked for grooming. It was clear that she wasn't prepared to do what she promised and I didn't want her to take it out on my dog - which she looks fully capable of doing - so I said never mind I'll take him somewhere else and she muttered something to the effect "Fine then go." I won't be back and I'd caution anyone who values their time to be careful here.

They kept her in the grooming area. I have since then lost my heeler, but adopted a rescue older poodle mix and Marilyn has been wonderful in taking care of our older lady. Even during COVID they took dogs from your car and delivered them back to the car. I happen to know that Marilyn and Nick have been working very hard and remodeled most of the kennel and grooming area. Marilyn treats every dog as they were her own puppy.
