Dr. Mobley assisted us quickly and laid out our options, and carefully explained risks. She also helped us understand the costs we faced with our options. We moved forward with exploratory surgery and received constant updates throughout the day on how it went. We were out of town at the time & Dr. Mobley & Dr. Smith called daily to give us updates as our little man recovered after surgery. Hearing directly from the doctors each day was so comforting & I could get my questions answered easily. I trusted he was in great care while I couldn't be there physically. You can really tell the doctors here care about your pets wellbeing & we are so thankful for Dr. Mobley saving our little man's life.

I was rushing back, literally within minutes, and called them to alert them. They told me to take her to the emergency vet. I'm sickened by them. They caused her issues and forced me to take her farther because they failed her. They should be ashamed.

The quality has been on a decline for a couple years at this point. They allegedly only have one groomer who works one day a week, which truly sucks. My dog became cage aggressive as a result of the very first groomer we encountered here to start (can't remember her name) which was never an issue any other time she had been groomed elsewhere. Most recently, I had called to set an appointment for her yearly vaccines in anticipation of getting her groomed. When I requested the grooming appointment, I was told that because HE (they consistently say he when my dog is female) is cage aggressive she needs to be with an experienced groomer. This experienced groomer is also the only one available, who only works Wednesdays. This call was made at the beginning of June, and the appointment wouldn't be until June 25th. Fine, I'm okay with waiting. The 23rd rolls around and I still have yet to receive the email reminder, so I decide to call and see what was going on. The girl who picked up the phone checks the schedule and sees no appointment for my dog, and offers to reschedule for the experienced groomer on July 9th. I had already waited so long for the original appointment that I'm starting to get annoyed. I accept the appointment for July 9th. My husband then texts me that the appointment was canceled, due to the groomer being sick. GREAT. When can she get groomed? They're not sure, needed to see if they could squeeze HIM (again my dog is female, she's been groomed here for years, and they can literally see it says female on her profile) in with the manager. I'm already annoyed as it is so I ask what the solution here is, how soon I'd have to call back. I'm told they'll call me when they have a solution. Well I figured out MY solution. I went to a different groomer.
