We paid for the travel insurance and Matt said he would file the claim with the insurance to get our flight refunds and almost a year later we haven't seen anything and when you try to contact him you get no response. We are just out $800 and no one at this company seems to care. Don't trust anything anyone at this company says. You will be better off to book a trip on your own. And certainly if you have to cancel don't plan on getting your money back even if you paid extra for the insurance.

He planned which days we would be at which park after doing research on what hours each park would be open each day, and he also made our fast pass reservations for us. This was the least amount of work I have ever had to do when planning a trip and my husband and I are both truly grateful to Angelo for his hard work and excellent service. He was very attentive and accessible by both phone and email. He even got in touch with me on our first day to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Wishes Come True Travel.
