One time I booked a ticket and--get this--they actually called me within the 24-hour return window just to double-check that every single detail was correct before the option to make changes expired. Who does that? Nobody I've ever worked with. It was such a thoughtful, proactive move that saved me from a potential headache. On top of that, they're unbelievably resourceful.
