Nice place but the two young kids that were running it were woefully unprepared. They don't know how to project their voices so nobody could hear their instructions. None wore the harness so when a kid was hanging and crying, one of them had to run and put on their harness. They were disorganized and running late. These kids need a responsible boss all the time. read more

Took our 11 year old daughter here. It was a great time! I did wish they had some more staff as they didn't have anyone to guide when other kids got a little nervous. Our little girl breezed through and we were able to join her. Definitely worth doing this and their zip line! Loved that activity! If you want to go to the too you have to have an adult if you're a certain age. It was a great family activity! read more

BRAP is very challenging and the obstacles get harder and harder the further along you go. The staff was friendly and safety conscious. The equipment was top notch and designed to make it as safe as possible. Zipping between the levels was very fun. It was fairly pricey but you don't find this type of facility on every corner. Next time I go back, I'll work on my upper body strength and get a bit further. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! CAUTION!! If you get injured, the employees will lie to management, refuse to apologize, and refuse a refund. The manager also refused to issue a refund and showed no concern for patrons or the truth. I DO NOT recommend this place!! We took our 11 & 12 year olds here. The employee sent them to the highest level for their age without asking if they had experience with climbing or zip lines. About halfway through the obstacle course, they needed to be brought down because it was too advanced. I stood about 10 feet away to watch our son being lowered to the ground and then I walked over. As I was looking at his feet, I heard the employee above me say "Watch out!" At the same time I was hit directly on the head by an 8" wrench. I immediately placed my hand on my head and when I took it away, I was bleeding. I sat down & the ticket girl administered first aid (alcohol wipe, an ice pack & ibuprofen), and then we went to the Fannin County Hospital for a CT scan. There were no signs posted telling parents to not walk under the lines, no one told me to stay back after my son was on the ground, and all other parents were walking under the obstacle course watching their kids. Its a nice obstacle course. Unfortunately I had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. Person at the cash register is extremely rude. No idea on how to treat a customer. We bought 5 tickets ($30-$50 each) and one of the kids in our group (9yrs) didn't like it since the beginning. He got scared with the height and the equipment (harness, etc). We were literally 1 minute into the course and he decided he didn't want to continue (you pay for 90 minutes). When we asked for a refund for that ticket which we never really used (or partial refund at least) the man in the cash register said that he couldn't give one. I insisted politely since we had bought multiple tickets and my son had only been in course for 1 min (literally). I also asked why there was no sign anywhere stating that there were no refunds under any conditions. The cash clerk became extremely rude and defensive, saying that he didn't have to explain ANYTHING to me, threatening me he was going to call the police, and to get off his property immediately in an extremely rude and threatening tone, etc, etc. All for 1 refund out of 5 tickets that he should have given anyways...ridiculous. Not worth it. Needless to say, NEVER coming back. I recommend people to not waste their money bringing their family there. Specially with little kids that can get very nervous with heights, harnesses, and such. There are PLENTY of other family fun alternatives in the area with people willing to treat customers the way its supposed to be!! read more

Be warned, this place false advertises on their own website! My kids (ages 14 and 11) love ropes courses and wanted to try this one while we were in town visiting family. Since the website said that anyone ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult to do the highest level, I bought a $50 ticket for myself also to accompany them on the top, most challenging course. Not until we checked in, geared up, completed levels 1 and 2 and waited in the platform to go up to level 3 did we hear the bad news. The guide then tells us that the rules have changed an no one under 15 can do level 3! Fine, if that's the rule, then that's the rule. But I never would have bought a $50 ticket for myself had we known this in advance. All the manager said afterwards was "sorry sir, I don't handle the website, that's the rule, sorry you had a bad time". Nice customer service! We actually had a great time right up until the kids were not allowed to complete course after we all got excited about doing the whole thing. Buyer beware - false advertising at its worst!! The zip line tours were amazing! We had Sarah and Brent and they made the tour so much fun. 10/10 recommend the 2 hour tour!!

Blue Ridge AP was one of the best family outings we have had. David and Carson were our guides and they were very encouraging, patient and knowledgeable. The course is very challenging, but is still tons of fun for all ages. We will be back!!! read more

The staff was lovely and so accommodating to our autistic son. Great facility. Carabiners are tough to operate--that could be better.

The staff is very friendly and safety is the upmost important to them. However we did have to wait for two hours before my kids even got to put a harness on. Apparently there was a large group in front of us that had to get off the course first. We did walkin on their Thursday walkin day. I would highly recommend reservations. If I did not have to wait for two hours I would of given them 5 stars. My daughter was not quite tall enough to reach the second phase and they were not willing to help the 1/2 inch she needed. read more

Soooo much fun! The staff was helpful and encouraging and all around good-natured. Very patient helping us "learn the ropes", so to speak! Definitely need upper body strength to get thru the course The further you go in the course, the more challenging it becomes. read more

Be there before two or they will not let you in. The person working was sassy with us. It says they are open at 11am to 4pm and we went at 1pm and they were closed. Looks like fun if u can get in!! read more
