The one owner I worked with was Karen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and knows people love their pet like children and she treated them that way. She made sure she knew everything she needed to know for caring for our girls. When I picked my girls up a few days later i was running a little late and Karen told me not to worry about it she will be there. When we got there she was out walking the girls and letting them play. The girls were very happy but tired from playing, but it made the ride back to Winston a little easier with them sleeping. I was very happy with the experience. This is the first time i have boarded my dogs with a kennel. I usually left them with friends. I have always worried about my dogs getting fleas etc. at a kennel because of past experiences. Fairwinds is by far the best kennel I have ever used. Its worth the trip from Winston

She and I called the office around 11:40 that her GPS said that she would arrive at 12:05. They said that they had plans and would not wait 5 minutes for someone to pick them up. I would understand if we had not both called and asked. She called the owner, who ultimately had someone get the dogs for us. The owner and the employee was extremely rude. Megan was nice however.
