My informed decision to switch from Frontier to Service Electric (SECTV) is thanks to Marilyn's knowledgeable communication skills. She offered me full explanations of download speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 2,000 Mbps. I wasn't going to be at the property so I had to set up a lockbox - and, take their word that they'd do a good enough job (this was yesterday).
