He was patient to hear all of our needs and address our concerns. When we advised we will not be moving forward with the process they were just as courteous and treated us as valued customers. Do your research and take your time, this is a big investment so due diligence is necessary. Overall, my experience with LTS was great. I did not feel pressured at all, and I trusted their expertise and recommendations.
