We called, emailed, sent picture upon picture right from the beginning and got no where! We offered to pay for removal and replanting if they would send replacements at their convenience - again got no where. We have tried at least a dozen times over the last 9 months to politely resolve this and they have been less than helpful and actually rude! Used them on a recommendation from my dad and brother - NEVER SHOULD HAVE USED THEM ! HORRRIBLE - 3 trees out of 6 dead and not even an attempt to make it right. Such bad business.

I did however get a really cool vintage trinket shelf that was $30 and in excellent condition. I thought the pricing was very fair for the quality of items on sale. Also, the staff saved my trinket shelf behind the register while I shopped the rest of the store so I didn't have to lug it around which was nice! There was a ton of home goods, glassware, baseball and Pokémon cards, and other cool collectibles. I would definitely recommend this as a stop if you're nearby and look forward to visiting again myself!

Some would complain there isn't enough of one item, but I liked the selection. We had fun looking through sports cards, Pokémon cards and coins. They also had a handful of trains, but not much. Most booths had: Furniture, jewelry, clothes, CD's, DVD's, dishware, ceramics, books, records, collectibles etc. We spent just over an hour going through the entire building. I'd recommend stopping in if you're in the area and I'll definitely return for a visit.

I finally stopped by to check it out...and so glad I did. The inventory of trees and shrubs was much greater and varied than I expected and the prices were very reasonable. I'm so glad to find a local spot to buy so many items I had researched online. The people who work there were also very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some extra items I needed to fill out my landscaping. They also have a delivery service for items too large to transport myself. I'll definitely be back as I need more items and to buy mulch and blue stone to finish my project. So glad I stopped in!

I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.

New trees are planted yearly and they have a variety of trees from Blue Spruce, Concolor Fir, Scotch Pine and more. There are trees of all shapes and sizes too. The experience is fun, you are provided a saw and then you start the tree hunt. Once you select the tree the nursery will drive the tree back to your car and secure on your vehicle. There are also pre-cut trees if the tree hunt is not your thing. Inside the nursery there are a variety of wreaths available for purchase too. Great family owned nursery - highly recommend.
