The case was not hallmarked 14k so I trusted that Steven Waller had properly tested it to confirm as 14k. It arrived with numerous file marks and acid stains indicating he had tested it but when I took to not one, but TWO separate jewelers to assess by XRF gun and acid rub it failed the 14k test and reported at 10k. He either does not know the difference between 10k and 14k, or, more likely, tried to pass this off onto the next guy after incorrectly testing it himself. STAY AWAY!

The other half of them are arrogant and rude. You have to walk in, hoping to speak with someone who isn't a rude or arrogant and you can purchase what you can looking for. All in all it is a great little shop to pick up some things you do not mind being used and you find some great deals sometimes.
