I had a positive experience at Bishop's before, so I decided to go there for estimate. Mr. Bishop recommend a specific repair and I felt the cost was fair for the job. When I got the ring back it exceeded my expectations. The entire bottom band was replaced and it looked like it was original. I had not worn this ring for many years due to the thin, broken band. This ring is very sentimental to me as my Grandfather gave it to me in 2006, and he wore this ring since 1953. I couldn't say thank you enough as I was leaving the store. If you have a heirloom that needs repair, entrust Bishop's!

They test each piece to determine metal type and quality and if they are unsure about a stone they will tell you which I really appreciate. The staff has been there for a long time and so you can build a nice rapport with them if you go in on regular basis and if you tell them a particular item or piece you are looking for and give them permission to reach out, they will let you know when new items come in.

He also made up several stories about our guns that weren't true in order to push up the price. We went to several of his auctions and saw some of the same items being resold that were sold in previous auctions so they've been pulling the same crap for other sellers.
