The jewelry is quality and they are very open about when there is something you need to know about piece in terms of history or quality. They test each piece to determine metal type and quality and if they are unsure about a stone they will tell you which I really appreciate. The staff has been there for a long time and so you can build a nice rapport with them if you go in on regular basis and if you tell them a particular item or piece you are looking for and give them permission to reach out, they will let you know when new items come in.

I was told they would resize it , one time for free…read more the ring was 1 size to large, so she wore a ring adjuster on it until November 2019. took the ring in for inspection and cleaning, and wanted to get it resized. they wouldn't do it for free, wanted to charge me $50. then they said since it was white gold, it would have to be treated with some special solution every so often ,or the white gold would turn yellow !! my lady has many white gold pieces that are 50 years old, never been treated and none of them turned yellow. if this ring does , its not gold !! will never be back to Zales !!

Bought my fiancee's engagement ring from them and they sent it off to get resized after 5 weeks I stopped in to check on it and was told that the resize got rejected because they would be going down to many sized, the thing is it got rejected 4 and a half weeks earlier they just never called to tell me they said they didn't know why they didn't call me they just didn't. The manager promised me a good deal on the bands to make up for the mistake so what did stupid me do I bought the wedding bands form them. Same thing happened even though I specifically asked about her small ring size and resizing the bands. I got a call today 30 days out form our wedding that the band as resized but it was damaged and a diamond or two fell out due to going down to many sized, they are going to re-oreder the ring in a smaller size and have it re-sized down to her size, the problem it will take 4 - 6 weeks so she might not have a band for our wedding day. Don't get fooled like I did go to a real jewelry store this place is one step up form a pawn shop.
