The reviews don't lie, if you're in need of any kind of water restoration this is your guy. Mike and came out a few hours after I called them, my wife and I had got to our cabin after a week long of freezing temps to find our toilet had cracked an the water had been running for a day, we had about an inch of water in the bathroom, and both bedrooms were soping wet. Mike and reassured us that they would take care of everything. Gave us an instant quote over the phone and were honest and upfront about everything. Mike is not out to get you, he is a very honorable guy who's making a living helping people. He has no interest in overcharging you. Mike and his partner Eric got started right away, pulling up the carpet, removing the vinyl bathroom floor, and testing the moisture levels in the walls. Within a short amount of time they had fans under everything and large dehumidifier set up. They assured us they would save everything they could and that it wasn't as bad as we originally thought. Mike returned the next day and checked to make sure everything was working properly, tested the moisture levels, and adjusted some of the fans. Mike and Eric were thorough and professional throughout the entire experience. They saved my cabin, saved the floors, and even saved the carpet. I can't talk enough about the work Mike and Eric did and how hard they worked to get it done. In the end, I was very happy I called Mike, overall it was around $1,000 and was within dollars of his phone estimate. For the amount of work done, the hours spent, equipment used, and how little damage was actullay done after Mike got to work, it was money very well spent and don't usually say this but was happy to write that check. I literally couldn't give a higher recommendation. This "expert" proceeded to cut a huge piece out of the carpet down to the subflooring, which took, MAYBE five minutes. What the Hell, I could have done THAT, myself. For this "professional service", I was immediately presented with a bill for $150. Adding insult to injury, after he left I found several small blood spots on the white vinyl closet door nest to the gaping chasm he'd just created in the floor. So, I wiped those off MYSELF, with a disinfectant wipe. God knows what Master dry would have charged me to completely destroy the closet. I don't know how these crooks sleep at night, taking advantage of people like that. You'd be better off getting some day laborers from in front of Home Depot. I called service Master and spoke with Gene who initially said he didn't want to come out to our house because they had been receiving so many requests due to the rain but agreed to put me on the list to come out to do an assessment anyway. A few days later he called me back to tell me that he was coming to do my neighbors house, but he's not going to do my house. He recommended that we try to call another company. Now we have to call another company and be put on their list which will take even longer for somebody to come out and assess the damage. Rather than him agreeing to come out, I feel like he should've just said no I don't have the time or the resources. The weekend is coming up so that's going to be even more time that water sits in our basement unattended.
