He figured out the problem and corrected that and while he was at it, he corrected another, unrelated issue. He was there and gone in less than an hour. The tech, CJ, was polite, professional, and explained the issues clearly and fixed them promptly. Could not be more pleased. They are now our HVAC service company of choice.

My wife said the parts are under warranty and the tech said that's just labor. He stated it would take all day to take it apart and put back together. So labor was to be $1200 so my wife said "that ain't going to happen". So he wished her good luck then charged her $120. So I got a another technician to get the motor, squirrel cage, and housing. From start to finish it took 1 hour and 35 minutes for this job. So to me A-1 cooling was going to charging me $800 an hour.
