Parked cars for my event and was very professional. I would recommend them highly. They showed up ahead of schedule and worked very hard.

We were headed to that church on the other side of the convention center, so surely they wouldn't ticket the lone car in the parking lot. Guess we were right. Didn't pay for parking, and didn't get a ticket. Mwahaha! This parking lot isn't all that. It's not even properly paved. It was a gravel surface. There was gum in the parking lot, and litter too. Ew. There was no lighting, so how safe was this car? What, exactly were they hoping we were going to be paying for? There was no valet parking option here. McLaurin? More like McLosers.

The last I checked the math, that's 4 hours and 11 minutes of parking when they tell ou on the screen it'll be one day of parking. In my first incident with McLaurin parking I tried to pay with the only card I usually carry: my amex. The machine says it takes amex but the machine refused to processes it "denied" it said. My card was not declined by amex, there is no record that McLaurin's machine even attempted to authorize payment. My two experiences are that these people are liars, nothing they say or show you is the truth and they are doing anything they can to find a reason to issue citations and collect $20 on top of the parking fee you pay.

Where do I begin? For starters, this is the first review I've ever written (Yelp, Google, etc.), if…read morethat tells you anything about how passionate I am about writing this review. Dealing with this vendor for my wedding was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Let's highlight all the issues: - The contract contained no less than nine grammatical and spelling errors. The contract was also in an editable Microsoft Word file, which is obvious poor legal practice. I let this go because I thought, "Well, it's a small business in a small town, I don't expect top-notch writing skills or legal diligence." Shame on me for not recognizing this as a massive red flag. - To this day I don't have a full name of anyone employed with the company. For any phone calls or emails conducted, I was given the first names only of two highly unqualified, incompetent employees. - 19 days before my wedding I learned that only two of the four 14-passenger vehicles contracted may be available for my wedding day due to mechanical issues, which was discovered over a phone call that I MADE TO THEM, rather than them contacting me. Who knows when I would have learned of this had I not made that call. This forced me to scramble to find another vendor to cover for their shortfall with 2.5 weeks until my wedding. We were lucky to find another vendor with two available vans and EXCEPTIONAL customer service, the exact opposite of this company. - No alternative options were presented to make up for the lack of the other two vehicles, which is a phrase stated in the contract. Three times in the next three days I was told by the two unqualified employees mentioned above that I would be receiving phone calls for updates on the status of the vehicles. By 5:00PM each of those days, I had not received a phone call. Thus, AGAIN, I was forced to reach out to them each of those days to get an update. No updates were ever provided other than meaningless comments such as "I'd have to ask my manager" or "We're not sure if the vehicles will be fixed in time, but we'll give you a call tomorrow with an update." A continuous loop of nothing. - When I asked to speak to a manager for more information, I was told by one of the employees that they were not available, nor were they allowed to provide any phone number of their manager(s). Not only horrible customer service, but also very suspicious. They also only have one phone number that is reachable, which is the dispatch number that is operated by the two unqualified employees. And the number listed on their website is incorrect by one digit. - NEVER ONCE since the contract was signed did I receive a phone call from anyone at the company. Every bit of communication was initiated by me. Throughout the entire process they showed zero interest in providing even an average level of customer service. - It has come to my attention that this company is already banned from at least one venue in the High Country area due to issues several years ago. It is likely they will be banned from my wedding venue as well. - AND TO TOP IT OFF: Two days before my wedding, I provided a pickup/drop off schedule to them for transportation to and from the venue. They replied to that email stating they could not fulfill the return schedule because I had their vans completing two rounds of drop offs, with the second round picking up guests around midnight, and our contract stated a last call of 11:00PM (I should mention their contract did not define what "last call" meant). I replied that if their vans could just do the first round of drop offs, we could manage the remainder of the transportation with our other vendor. In that email I also provided an updated RETURN SCHEDULE (yes, it was labeled) with the second round of drop offs removed. They acknowledged. At the end of my wedding, their vans were not present at the venue, thus forcing us to find rides for ~30 people. Their defense was that I stated in the email that I only needed them to do the first round of drop offs, which they incorrectly interpreted to mean they only needed to provide transportation to the event. This defense may have been somewhat legit had I not provided an updated RETURN SCHEDULE in that email, which clearly showed we needed transportation at the end of the night. They also tried to make a weak argument that even my updated return schedule was in violation of the contract because I had a 11:15PM departure time from the venue, which was an "unofficial" buffer to allow guests 15 minutes after the event to gather their belongings and board the vans. I did not expect them to be petty about the specific time to board the vehicles. Nonetheless, even if they had provided transportation after my event ended, I still would have given a horrible review for their sloppiness, disorganization, lack of care, lack of communication, etc. throughout the process. This company should be put out of business. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY EVENT.

When he still didn't show I called again and they said he had already been there and not seen me. there is no way that could be true: I had been outside with my eyes on nothing but the road already 45 minutes by then. Incidentally, they didn't have any trouble texting me all of their inaccurate updates, means they could have called me to say hey the driver is here. Where are you, but they did not. I had to call back again after they hung up on me and finally about 01 10 the guy was there to pick me up, and even that was maybe five minutes beyond when they had posted on their website that the guy had arrived. The ride was fine and under budget, but the dispatch, and the drivers behavior in probably lying and saying that he hadnt seen me make this an overwhelmingly negative review. I ended up canceling my pick up for two days later with them as I do not trust them. Lastly, knowing all this, it was a pain to listen to their outgoing message while I was on hold, saying what a wonderful company they are. Full of BS. strongly recommend AGAINST using them

Well to my surprise, she flicks me off for a good 20 seconds and then pulls out her vape. Once the light turns green, she is still bumper to bumper with me and then continues to follow me at an unsafe distance. It's scary to think that Yellow Cab employs these kind of people. I couldn't imagine being a passenger of a cab driver that has road rage, especially nowadays when people pull out guns on each other. Better off just ordering an Uber. If your cab driver is in this car, has short hair, and a handicap tag, beware. She's mentally unstable and dangerous.
