We were welcomed the minute we walked in and offered to sit wherever we wanted. The dining area is long and narrow with a handful of tables and a snack bar with stools. We sat where we had a nice view of the counter. The menus are posted at the tables. Breakfast items are a la carte and inexpensive. The coffee is locally roasted - I ordered a latte which came out fairly quickly. The coffee was strong and good. I ordered a couple eggs, bacon and a bagel. The eggs were cooked well done, like I like. The bacon was sweet and delicious. The bagel came with cream cheese and was fine. The staff is friendly and efficient. The lunch menu is interesting, as well. They carry a few gift items, including the coffee beans, and gift cards in the shop. The cafe is connected to a bookstore and salon on the sides. There was a small group of people having a loud work discussion which detracted a bit from the experience. There is plenty of free public parking and even bike parking. There are tables outside if you want to bring your pup. Restrooms were available. I will be going back to try the lunch menu. I loved it.
