They had 1 person just re-stock the supplies and take orders inside, 2 just talking, 2 on the drive thru, 1 cooking and warming up the meals, 1 person making all the coffee for the drive thru and the lobby. I stopped by this store because I placed a mobile order for In Store pickup. I specifically placed an In Store pickup order because I knew the drive thru would be long due to pumpkin flavors being released today. When I arrived, the door was locked and there was a sign saying only the drive thru was open. The line was wrapped around the parking lot, but I could see my drink was being made and I was able to select In Store pickup. I called the store to cancel as I was in a time crunch, and they said I had to call 1-800-STARBUCKS to get a refund. This is ridiculous, if you're not going to open your doors, you need to work with Starbucks to prevent in store ordering in the app. There might be customers without cars, or may get false hope that they could visit the cafe based on the app. You're also forcing customers who could just swing by the counter to grab their order within minutes to wait in a 20-30 minute line - for what? read more

Well when I went into this Starbucks to tell them my order was wrong and I'd like them to please remake it they didn't want to. I would have waited till they had the time to remake it. I decided to get a cheese danish and an unsweetened passion tea. The danish was warm and doughy, slightly sweet, and flavorful. The cheese on top was gooey and tangy. Definitely would get again. I mainly drink unsweetened tea because I quit drinking sugary drinks long ago. This tea didn't quite taste like tea but more citrusy and light. The passion fruit flavor was strong. I did just use the drive through, so not much to really say. I pulled in and didn't have a very long wait. My drink was what I ordered. The person I paid was nice. My 3 star, well sadly I feel this way about every Starbucks, they are okay, not great, not amazing, okay. I normally try to find an independent coffee shop when I need a coffee on the road, but sometimes you don't have much of a choice. If I go to Starbucks I have to order something other than just a plain coffee, because well I hate their plain coffee. Normally I will get an Americano or maybe an iced cold brew. Other than that I am not one to have to have a Labeled cup in my hand. In all fairness they do make some good drinks, I just don't normally order the heavy sugared ones. read more

This location, on a Saturday morning at 11 o'clock, has its doors locked and the line is out the street a quarter of a mile for the drive-through. If you place an order on the app they won't let you in the store because they say they're shorthanded and the manager hung up on me. This is usually my stop when I'm heading to Cincinnati and want to stop after getting out of Indy traffic for a pick me up before the trip begins. Easy on/off interstate access (especially if you're heading east) and there's never really a wait inside.
