The quality of the food was absolutely terrible and does not reflect the price point whatsoever; honestly, even a McDonald's burger is better than the burgers here - at least they have SOME flavour. The menu in the restaurant was also useless, as it listed only the name and price of the burgers, but doesn't specify what is actually in it. We ended up resorting to their Skip the Dishes menu to get an idea of the toppings on each burger. I ordered the Rodeo Burger which is supposed to come with two patties, cheddar cheese, onion rings (ringS - PLURAL), and BBQ sauce...but there was only one, really small, soggy onion ring on my order, and I could barely taste any BBQ sauce. Not to mention, the patty itself was really dry, so the fact that there was very little to no sauce didn't help at all. My partner ordered the Double Bacon Burger and had a similar experience - sad toppings, little flavour, and dry patty. We also shared the Bacon Cheese Fries ($6.50) which was also unimpressive as the fries were stale. Overall, huge disappointment. I would give 0 stars if I could, but at least the staff taking orders was friendly and gave us some positive experience - so she is deserving of her own star. Otherwise, I'm confident when I say I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
