The burgers and beef brisket, in particular, got rave reviews from those who ordered them. Our server, Jeanine, set the stage with an overview of the philosophy of the restaurant and its focus on local products. She was personable, articulate, responsive to our requests, and very, very good at her role, especially considering the size of our group. In terms of ambiance, the dining room has a great view of the golf course; however, the building needs a refresh to bring it up to par with the quality of the restaurant. What we received after asking for double, was less than 1/3rd of the portions every time after with 20 minutes wait each time. This photo is an example of what came when we asked for the Rib Eye, Rump Steak, Pork, and bacon filet migon. We only got one pork, and one rump steak. And this happened pretty much every time we made a request for more food. I was blown away. We asked 3 times for more garlic bread and such too, and never received any. This was extremely disappointing, and given that you pay a minimum of $50 each on weekends, this is a LAUGH. We even had planned on desert and to get the digesto shots, but after getting incredibly annoyed after 2 hours, we decided to give up and leave.
