In talking to the counter person, we found out that the restaurant has been open for three years. She also told us we need to return to try their KFC chicken, which we will most definitely do on our return to Edmonton. The sweet garlic Parmesan fries were addictive: slightly sticky sweet (but not too sweet - just enough to make you want to eat another bite), wonderfully garlicky, and perfectly Parmesan flavored. The bulgogi pasta was well done: nicely al dente and well seasoned. The truffle flavor was a bit mild for my taste but the overall flavor was still delicious. I don't know WHAT is in the salad dressing (did I get a hint of Asian pear?) but it was so refreshing and different from any dressing I've had before. Plus the salad greens, julienned beets, and radishes were super fresh. This is not your average gas station food. If you're ever in the area, please give this place a try! On our way to Calgary we stopped by to try this American fast-food joint. It has part of my name so had to try it!
