We recently contacted Blue Skies Window and Gutter Cleaning to perform a roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and minor gutter repair. They responded promptly, were courteous and were able to schedule the work to be performed within a couple of days. The crew were friendly and courteous and they performed the work within the time allotted and all was performed very well. Though the roof didn't really look like there was much moss on it, they showed the amount they cleaned off and it was much more than we thought! They also treated for moss prevention, so I'm eager to see how that works. The gutter repair has the gutter looking just like it had when originally installed. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the area like they had never even been there. They stand by their work and welcome call-backs, so I am very pleased to write this review. So here's the story, basically my husband loves Christmas! Last year we weren't able to decorate our house because we were so busy with work. This year I decided to surprise him by getting a service to decorate, I went to Google and Blue Skies had shown up for Christmas Decorating Services so I decided to give them a call. Within an hour I had a service planned for that same night! They were able to not only decorate beautifully, but they also cleaned the gutters while at it! I recently had my gutters cleaned and a loose gutter repaired. I had a very good experience in dealing with Vitaly. Communication was very prompt. I was issued an estimate within 48 hours of initiating contact. The price was fair. One blip...following the date of service I noticed that the gutters were cleaned but not repaired. Owner cleaned my gutters 3 months ago. At that time he was to get back to me for a painting bid. He never did contact me. May 21st my wife contacted Vitaliy (Owner) by phone. Wife requested window cleaning inside and out. Vitaliy was to give us a bid and preform the work 6/7/2018 in the AM. He never called or showed up at my residence. I have a new construction home that just went on the market and the windows and gutters from construction were beat. A couple of the sliding windows were not operating nicely until Vitaliy got a hold of them. Windows cleaned in and out with all tracks and hardware. Vitaly was incredible - he did about six different jobs for us including roof cleaning, gutter repair/install, flashing install, and even helped with some attached carpentry. I've used Blue Skies for the past two years to clean my gutters (my wife won't let me on the roof anymore :) and they have done a great job. On time according to schedule and do a complete job without leaving a mess behind. Vitaly spent the whole day at my house cleaning the gutters, inside and out and my windows. The windows look brand new, best they have in 18 years I have lived there.
