Promptness: 5/5 When he arrived (exactly on time), he realized that the job wasn't a huge job and he could get it done in ~30 mins. Given that a storm was headed to sunny Seattle, I figured having a clean gutter was somewhat urgent, so I hired him on the spot. After he completed his work, he took photos of the cleaned gutter and flushed it out with water to ensure nothing was clogged. Hired Xzavier for pressure washing concrete driveway & patio (advertised services). Results were unsatisfactory and contacted the owner. He would not come out to look at the job, but said he talked to the worker who "did the best he could." No follow-up of any kind nor even partial refund. Cancelled other services; not recommended for this task. Their pressure washer may be fine for roof and gutter cleaning, but is inadequate for concrete work. Xzavier was the first to respond to my request for quote for gutter cleaning. He came out to do an in-person estimate and arrived when he said he would. I told him that I had spoken to someone else earlier who gave a similarly reasonable quote and could start the next day (some of the bigger companies were booked 1-2wks out and I was nervous because we're in the middle of major storms), and Xzavier squeezed us into his schedule the next morning. He again arrived when he said he would, and got right to work. He seems like a very hard-working young man, and is easy to communicate with/very responsive.
