We've used these folks for several jobs over the last couple of years, they're the real deal. Professional, high quality work at a fair, reasonable price. No nonsense. Professional equipment. We've had our windows cleaned by 3 or 4 companies over the 8+ years we've lived here and up till now have been underwhelmed either by the price, the work, or both. Several of them used long poles for the upper, outer windows with mixed results. Not this outfit, they use ladders and do as thorough and detailed a job as they do down below and inside. It's like watching those professional outfits doing high rise office buildings. Our windows now sparkle, they've never looked so good. Only nitpick? Punctuality. I inquired about holiday lights installation the beginning of November. They sent someone out to do a price estimate within a week. The estimate came back, and initially it seemed a little high. But once I realized the price included the purchase of the lights, it seemed like a great deal! This is such a great service. They custom cut the lights to fit your house, install them (with a timer!) and then take them down at the end of the holiday season. They even supply you with a tote for storing the lights. We got our lights installed the week before Thanksgiving- and had them taken down about a week and a half after New Years. The guy who came to install and uninstall was very friendly. He knocked on the door once he installed the lights so I could come look and make sure it was what I wanted. I also appreciated that he took the time to show me how to work the timer for the lights. Definitely worth the price, and the convenience of having it done professionally and correctly! My husband was definitely happy to avoid getting on a ladder! All About Service was great to work with. Hired them to clean my gutters and to remove the moss on my roof. All together from my first initial estimate to the cleaning, they were very professional, prompt, thorough, and did excellent work. I should mention in terms of cost, they were the most reasonable too after getting quotes from 3 other places. The competition was easily 1.5-2 times more expensive than what All About Service was quoting. In terms of the cleaning, the gutters were cleaned out by hand and the moss was brushed off by broom, which is good since power washing can damage the roof. From there, they air blew the roof, power washed my windows, and cleaned around my house afterwards. This is a real review on my house service in April and May. Weird estimates practice, deliver as little work as possible, and charge as much as possible. I told Mario to do same roof and gutter cleaning as last year. The estimate says the roof cleaning can only remove 70% of the moss, and when job is done, they didn't do same thing as last year, use water to flush the gutter and the down spout of the gutter. For pressure wash, they estimated a lot for just back yard patio, and estimated even more for front yard. And on my fire place, still have moss. I had been customer for All About Service for a couple of years, and the service I get is getting worse and worse. The price through is getting higher and higher. Plus, they give you a window of arrival time, but for my service, the worker showed up 1 hour even after the estimated window. When I called the company, the person answered the phone was just saying: I don't know why the worker didn't tell her they will be late, and where are they. They always say oh, you didn't say you want that to be done. and even told me water flush gutter and down pour pipe is not good for your gutter. Well, I am not gutter expert, but they didn't do what they did last year, seems less service, and more charges. Will not use them again. read more

Was introduced to this company and Mario through a friend who had them put up Xmas lights on their house. I decided to reach out and got a prompt reply and appointment for a free quote. I also wanted Xmas lights and the visit was really quick, the quote fare, and I loved that they would box up and store the lights at the end of the year for the next season! The install took place while I was at work and when I returned the lights looked great and were hooked up to a sensor that would turn them on and off as it became night and day. I have since used them to clean our windows (inside and out) and clear our gutters. Other than the clean windows, I had no idea they were in the house and treated it like their own. I have a house that was a rental that I renovated, and had everything else done, including cleaning, but most cleaning services won't do windows. So I contacted All About Window Cleaning, and within a few days they had a crew out and cleaned all of the windows and the screens, including half a dozen on the second floor that are not easy to get to. Now, these windows were BAD, being very dirty and even having stuff like dried paint flecks and hardened drywall mud on the inside, and various disgusting things (like bird droppings) dried onto the outside. The workers showed up when they said they would, were polite and professional, and most of all did an AMAZING job. The windows were so clean that you couldn't even see them. It was like looking through an open window. In fact, later that day, a bird actually flew right into one of the windows. Fortunately, it was only stunned, but that's how clean the windows were. I also thought the cost was very reasonable. In fact, I thought it was kind of amazing that they could do it for the price they quoted.
