Today it was handy and open. Long line, but it moved quickly. They, like every other carwash place, want you to sign up for a plan, and for some that does make sense. For me, no. And Moo Moo has the cheapest decent single wash of the big chains. Easy choices and payment at the kiosk. Fast lane for members. Friendly staff. And a great wash. I got the Low Fat, I believe, $12 for a basic plus underbody wash. (Yes, cow jokes everywhere.) Lights inside the booth so kids will love it. Free vacuums outside, powerful and with long hoses. Handy. Fast. Good. Reasonably priced. Yes please.

They offer a monthly membership which has a dedicated line and there's a separate line with a cashier for the non-members.

Summer time there are folks outside the back wanting to dry your car off for cash that is kind of sketchy too but is harmless. First I spoke with an older gentlemen (who appeared to be a manager) who looked upset because i stopped underneath the membership code scanner in front of the gate at the entrance. When i rolled down my window to figure out what was wrong, he said "now i can't get out", which would make more sense had they not put the booth exit he was standing in directly in front of the gate. Whatever. I continued to move through the gate into the car wash, when my vehicle's auto-brake kept engaging. I don't typically drive my company car, and the instructions given were unclear. I was told to "drive forward," but it was not explained that they wanted a single press of the gas to disengage the brake. Instead of calmly clarifying, the employee was rude and hostile. As a paying member for years, I expect basic professionalism and clear communication, especially when assisting customers with different vehicle features. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and abrasive. Because of this experience, I'm canceling both my personal and company memberships. Customer service matters, and today's interaction missed the mark entirely.
