She explained everything and I said why not? It is unlimited washes at all locations and I can cancel at any time. It goes up to $30 for additional months, but you can also change the levels. She gave me the dust wipe and air freshener; she said next time I can just roll my window down and the first attendant will give me another set. It was easy to pull in with the help of attendants and I had a nice wash,and used the free vacuums. I have never been one to frequently use a car wash, but I will use it often.

I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. If you are in need of detailing or a hand car wash, you should try them out. My van looks like a completely different van on the inside. They did an amazing job!

I immediately pulled around and told the clerk there and he told his "supervisor". The young gentleman came out with an ipad and said smirkingly "cracked windshield?" Eluding to the fact this wasn't his first time taking this claim. He Took some pictures and all my personal info. They definitely had a process down pat to claim damages making me believe this car wash damages cars often. We were not offered a full refund, we were not offered car rental service coverage- no car for 24 hours for them to do the correct services. The vehicle parts need to be ordered in which will take additional time to be replaced. I also noticed other customers coming in during my encounter concerned with the service they received.
